Palestinian strategy revealed

It is no secret to those with their eyes open that even the so-called “moderate” Palestinians belonging to Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah movement are neck-deep in the blood of Israeli Jews and see violence as a useful and legitimate tool in obtaining its goals. Israel must cut ties with the Palestinian Authority

Nimr Hamad, a spokesman for PLO chief Mahmoud Abbas, stated Thursday that the new Hamas-Fatah unity government and its newly-released platform accurately represent all Palestinian Arabs, and if Israel refuses to make peace with that government then it refuses to make peace with the “Palestinians” in general.

He is absolutely right.

The new government and its platform do in fact accurately represent the vast majority of Palestinian Arabs.

US doesn’t negotiate with (some) terrorists

The United States has a well-known policy (in theory) of not negotiating with terrorists. Unfortunately, that policy often takes a back seat to the politically-correct leanings of liberal politicians seeking to leave a legacy of “peace.”

Palestinians represent an uncomfortable truth

Lost among the escalating violence in the Palestinian Authority-controlled territories is the fact that the present situation is the direct result of the Palestinian Arabs democratically deciding that they want the worst of the terrorists among them to be their leaders.

Israel, America, Europe, everybody pressed the Palestinian Authority to allow true democratic elections. And then the general public overwhelmingly elected Hamas.
