We all know that a large bulk of US taxpayers’ dollars sent to the Palestinian Authority ultimately go to finance acts of terrorism against Israelis. But the Palestinians say that even with the cash, in the absence of US military training, they could have never killed so many Israelis over the past seven years.
A senior member of Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas’ Presidential Guard had this to say in a recent interview with The New York Sun:
I do not think that the operations of the Palestinian resistance would have been so successful and would have killed more than one thousand Israelis since 2000…without these [American] trainings.”
The official noted that the high Israeli body count had directly contributed to Israel’s decision to flee the Gaza Strip in 2005, marking a clear victory for American-enabled Palestinian terrorism.
Not only does this show that far from combatting global Islamic terrorism, the US is actually facilitating it in some parts of the world, it also debunks the myth that the Palestinians see their seven-year-old terrorist uprising as a catastrophic disaster. How could they see it as such when they are now closer than ever to receiving a sovereign state on pretty much every inch of land they are currently demanding?
No, the terrorist offensive has worked, and, as the Palestinian official quoted above noted, it owes its success to America.
Oh, and in case some were confused, US training has aided Palestinian terrorism because the majority of Palestinian Authority security officers are also members of Palestinian terrorist organizations. They take their US-supplied weapons and training and turn around and kill Jews with them.
But has Washington taken any of this to heart? Absolutely not. Just this month, the US State Department signed a deal to provide even more advanced training to Abbas’ forces out of fear of a Hamas takeover in Judea and Samaria (the so-called “West Bank”).
Of course, Hamas already proved that its Iranian training trumps the American training provided to Abbas’ forces when it conquered the Gaza Strip last June despite being vastly outnumbered.
So one of two things will now happen in Judea and Samaria:
Hamas will defeat Abbas’ forces despite their new training and weapons and will become a mini-Iran in Israel’s own backyard; or
Abbas’ forces will manage to retain control in Judea and Samaria, and will be equipped to kill another thousand Jews the moment their leadership gives the green light.
Either way, bad news for Israel, and shame on America.

God will ultimately hold America accountable for this, it is only a matter of time. Every year natural disasters are more frequent and severe in America. I can only think that since America is so instrumental in pushing Israel to give up her God-given birthright that we WILL pay the price for our government’s actions.

I would appreciate it you would stop using “America” in a general term for education terrorists. Call them what they are. They are some of our politicians that are so liberal they bend over. I would agree that the mass majority of Americans are 3/4 asleep to the blessing one gets in supporting Israel. For three years straight, we had a booth at our mission conference for Israel. We tool first prize each for our info and the video we played. Out of 30 booths we took the wh0le prize for the best booth. We believe GOD blessed our efforts. We had material from Jews for JESUS and the Friends of Israel. Some travel agency gave us some material. We bags from the Jews for Jesus that ran out in the first two hours.
The majority of Churches in our area do not even mention Israel. That is how asleep they are. We wear pins combining the Israeli flag and the USofA flag. Sometimes are asked what it means. We tell them we support an Orphanage in Israel and the Exodus 2 with John Hagee. If it were not for our partly liberal President demanding Israel give up their land to accomodate the PLO, we would not be torn in two with hurricanes, fires and floods or droughts that we now have here in the USofA.
So, it will be better if you do not refer to America as a training camp for terrorists against Israel, but to refer to many of our politicians as corrupt which they are.

Ed, I do apologize if the terminology was offensive to you. I do know firsthand that there is a very sizable remnant in the US that truly serves the Lord and stands by Israel.
It is precisely because of that fact that I continue to harp on the US. Of all the nations I have been to, the US is the only one with a large enough remnant of true believers to turn things around. My hope is that by headlines and phrases that are troubling and shocking, at least a few of those who are asleep will be awakened and do something to stop those corrupt and misguided politicians.
As for those of you who already have your eyes wide open, you are greatly appreciated here in Israel, probably more than you know. And that is to say nothing of the rewards our Heavenly Father is piling up for you because of the stand you are taking.
Again, I am sorry if you were offended. That was not my intention. But sometimes “shock” language is necessary.

Ryan, Rob and Ed: Your comments are so true!!!!! As a 62 year old American, who has survived the 1960’s; 1970’s; 1980’s; 1990’s; and now into the early 2000’s—I thought that I had seen and heard it all!
But, to see America’s President, MY President… and a large part of America’s leadership “setting Israel up for the kill” I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS!!! I was so shocked when Ariel Sharon gave away GAZA that I just could not believe that this seasoned Israeli warrior would ever have a hand in that. I was shocked that Sharon would be influenced by George Bush—I thought G. Bush would learn some things from Sharon….certainly not the giving up of GAZA….
I can’t believe that even the most wayward people within the United States are not seeing that our National Leaders MUST be doing something wrong!!! Yes, the floods, fires, storms, droughts should wake up the DEAD!!! Nobody is so dumb that they can’t see this for what it is….
Pastor John Hagee says America has 50 million Christians…I had hoped there were more…as I can figure it, we American Christians make up one sixth of the total population…..”He who wins souls is wise.” WE NEED TO WORK HARDER AT SOUL-WINNING in America…and spend less time building bigger houses, upgrading our transportation to luxury class—AND GET BACK TO THE BASICS.
When America’s stock market crashes, Americans will have to get back to the basics!!! It is coming….
America is a pleasure-crazed nation…I heard someone say several years ago: “Lord, let it rain—just don’t let it rain on me…” My mouth dropped open and “I lost it!” I am afraid my Christian testimony was compromised with my reaction…..I have never felt like that in my life!
Thank God for the REMNANT who is carrying America and Israel. God help us all.
Sorry I got on my soapbox ya’ll, but I just had to get this off my chest….

Ryan,
You are most certainly right. As an Israeli citizen, i cannot express enough how much comfort and appreciation you all bring to me!
If only God could fill the world with more people like you.
Frankly, i was beginning to fall in despair about the situation…
I felt like every world nation wanted only bad for Israel.
With all the media circus and politics it became more and more clear to me that Israel has no friends in this world.
I am happy i landed on your site, happy to see i was wrong…
I am truly impressed by the way that everyone here knows the facts and everyone is honest with themselves. No political correctness none sense, none of it, it is truly refreshing to read your stuff!
I really started to lose faith in people, but i am glad to see that there are still some of us who employ reason.
I am equally impressed that you have compiled all these issues and addressed them carefully and truthfully.
So far, every article i came across was to the point and on the spot.
I pray you continue with your good mission. I sense deep inside, we are all doing what is right, this feeling deep inside us cannot be replaced with a greater conviction. I’ve never been more certain.
I pray we remain strong and vigilant, for Israel. It is a cruel world out there for this little Jewish vessel that is Israel. It has been cracked, but we cannot let it shutter. It has seen much pain and suffering, God willing, Israel will know peace!
I know not of the future. But this i know, God the almighty, will stretch out his heavenly hand to the children of Israel, and pull them up and out of the devil’s claws, should they ever fall.
We make a pledge that Israel does not fall!
Once more i wish to give my thanks to all of you, for your dedication, for your eloquence, and for your brotherly love!

!!!Zion is the way home!!!
Come than lets race to it. Zion awaits!
Let us look up to the sky; and we said, this is Zion! We stand before you; at this precise hour when the light fell upon us. Touching us, reflecting God’s glory in the human face, rays of light are sweeping. Heavenly father, hold me as I am, your child, raise me to your lap, I hear of your lullabies sweet and calm, feed me your breast and I shall know the love of wisdom, teach me father, breath into me, set me onto the world, wrap me father, in this delicate flesh, send me off and on my way I go, descending into your cradle, my world, father, and i am your child. We men, before you, insignificant forms, lost in their shadows, brooding about, full of woe, we are creatures blind beyond the horizon, so blind, are we. No matter, father, you claim your children back, and now we are resolved. Transformed without blind eyes, we look at the sky; and we said, this is Zion! Exclamation lingers. Zion than, next, we ascend into your womb, layers of skin peel away, new soft flesh is waiting, groomed, cleansed, pure to innocence, we are ready to approach thee! No men here, but utter holiness! Lord, your children are restored to thee! We have returned! You envelope us with your colossal arms, your grasp is strong, soothingly wonder- full. Awe- some is he, his grace, behold the marvels of him, The Creator, God almighty!
