Apparently, Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni is firmly opposed to dividing Jerusalem and surrendering its eastern half to the Arabs, while unblinking she advocates the division of the Land of Israel and the surrender of her nation’s biblical heartland.
Either Livni is just following the polls, which is likely considering her chance to steal the premiership from Olmert, or she is truly deluded.
But even if she is just following the polls, that means the majority of Israelis who voted in those surveys are themselves deluded.
You see, Israel cannot insist that it has every right to maintain control over a united Jerusalem, while acquiescing to demands that it relinquish all claims to Jude and Samaria.
If Jerusalem biblically and historically belongs to Israel and the Jewish people, then so do Judea and Samaria.
To relinquish the claim to one puts the claim to the other on very shaky ground. And that is precisely how the Arabs will view Livni’s recent comments.
If Israel’s leaders are so ready to part with Judea and Samaria, the Arabs must be full of hope that sooner rather than later the Jews will be likewise convinced to give up their holy city as well.
It is the height of foolishness for Israelis to believe that they can firmly and unquestionably hold on to some parts of this land (like Tel Aviv), and then turn around and agree with the Arabs that other parts are under “illegal Israeli occupation.”
The Arabs do not see the land in the same divisions as most Israelis. They claim it all. Either all of its is occupied or none of its is occupied.
For the Arabs, it is a black and white issue, and the Israelis would do well to remove their tinted sunglasses so they can get a clear view of the situation.

Pure insanity ! Christ will come soon and solve the problem . We must be at the brink of disaster . The Tribulation will be a shocker to all that are not looking for the Lord . But , we Christians see it coming fast . Keep watch , hear what the spirit is saying to the Church .

I believe, that Livni is possibly both self-serving and deluded. No matter what the polls show, I don’t see how she can possibly believe, that the division of the land is in the best interest of Israel. I believe, that it’s her own best interests in furthering her political career, that she is really concerned about. If not then she would take a stand against giving up Judea and Samaria, even though the majority of the poll may be for it. Because unless she is delusional, she should know that it is detrimental to the welfare of Israel’s existence to divide up the land. And I pray, that she and others will have a change of heart, and put the safety of Israel’s welfare above their own political careers.

Gaza to the pals and the West Bank + Jerusalem (as Israelis capital) to the Israelis, that’s it. If the pals don’t like it start deporting them out of the lands that don’t belong them (West Bank) and continue to build a fence around them in Gaza because they are animals that need a cage. Plus the Gaza Strip if you will belongs to Egypt who doesn’t lay claim to it anymore but none the less never officially gave it to anybody as far as I know. Let’s end this theater.

Gaza belongs to Israel, as well. Not to Egypt. Like some many other parts of Israel, the Israelis gave it away to them as a gesture of “peace”.

I do believe that Russia has made their entry into this theater through the back door . The Radical Islamist have had a dramatic leap forward in technology and technique during the last year or two . The disintegration of Russia freed up a large highly trained pool of labor hunting work . Some of that expertise went to the oil countries . Unfortunately one has to wonder where those 100 - 1kt suitcase nukes went . Two are said to be on American soil in middle easterners hands. 43 were reported to have gone to Ben-laden
If these bombs are in the hands of Acadia they will bide their time until they are ready to hit us in mass . This may be the basis for their recient threat of an attack that will dwarf 9/11 .
