What if Jewish boys had hacked an Arab to death?

February 27th, 2007  ·  20 Comments

By now, anyone concerned enough about Israel to look beyond what the mainstream international press is reporting knows that on Sunday, two knife-wielding “Palestinian” teenagers ambushed and brutally murdered a Jewish man while he was praying in a forest near his home in Judea.

Can anyone imagine what would happen if two Jewish settler teens stalked, ambushed and hacked to death a “Palestinian” Muslim on his prayer carpet?

Dave over at Israellycool correctly notes that, at the very least, the international press would have bothered to report on the murder if the roles were reversed.

But I dare-say the international response and outrage would not stop there, not even close.

No, if Jews had committed such an act (if they were even capable of committing such an act) the flood of newspaper articles, editorials and scandalous television network reports would merely be the beginning.

From there we would have very outspoken condemnation by world leaders, most likely leading one or another (or perhaps many) UN committees to convene in special session to publicly blast the Israelis and their mistreatment of the Palestinian Arabs.

All of that, of course, would result in renewed and intensified political pressure for Israel to more hastily acquiesce to demands that it surrender additional land to the “Palestinians.”

And yet, the absolutely bestial slaying of an innocent 42-year-old father of three, who by all accounts was a most righteous specimen of humanity, is all but ignored because he was Jewish and a “settler.”

As the Jews say: “May the Almighty avenge his blood.”

    Ryan,

You said it beautifully! It’s amazing how these things are. Same with the Temple Mount excavations. It’s interesting that the world turns on the very nation through which the salvation of the entire world shall come.

I wonder if they boys will get the death penalty, which they deserve, or just put in jail for the next prisoner hostage trade?

I am so very sorry..so very very sorry. I can only pray for the peace of Jerusalem and pray for Messiah to come quickly..

Ruth, I too feel as you and many decent people do,tho many of them may not be born-again like you and I. The non-response of Israeli leaders only encourages more violence. We can only pray for this man’s family and ask our Lord to soon avenge this mindset by the Glory of His coming.

    Thank you, Lee.

GwapoJoe: Israel has no death penalty. So, as you fear, they will sit in an Israeli jail for a few years and then likely be released into the wild as part of future Israeli “goodwill gestures.”

I nearly start to cry every time I think about this man’s poor family. Especially when I look at my own two little children and imagine them having to grow up without “Abba” because of some unrepentant terrorist animals that are hailed by their own as “freedom fighters.”

Sam, I am with you - the greatest vengence for this and so many other murders would be the coming of our Lord and the establishment of his iron-fisted rule.

OUR GOD WILL AVENGE THIS AND ALL OTHER EVIL DEEDS DONE BY THE ARABS. I JUST PRAY THAT THIS WILL BRING THE COMING OF OUR LORD SOON. KEEP LOOKING HEAVENWARD FOR THIS GLORIOUS DAY WHEN OUR LORD WILL COME TO CLAIM HIS BRIDE, HIS CHURCH.

recently I preached on the coming storm(dec 31st) and warned our people to watch the build up of the prohecy in ezekiel 38, we can see what is happening why is Olmert so blind as to think by giving them land that the press will be kind to them or it will bring peace Abbas has betrayed Israel after taking arms shipments from the west under the guise of standing against hamas, no to the western press and particularly our BBC is anti semetic as is our foreign office. No Israel your only hope is in your God and many of us christians stand with you at this time as we see the coming storm , but we’ve read the last chapter of the bible and we know the God of israel is LORD of the earth and will mock his enemies on that day, the day of the LORD. we send our condolences to the family of this israeli murdered while praying.

I agree. Every little thing Israel does is watched ever so closely. One small misstep results in major reprocussions worldwide. Yet Arabs can carry out suicide bombings, murders, riots, and completely immature behavior, and that seems to be fine to the world, they barely flinch an eye.
Why is that I wonder? Well, this analogy will work fine. A family raises two boys. One of them grows up to be a fine young man, well respected and mature. The other boy grows up to be defiant, and evil. He does not obey his parents, neither does he recognize their authority.
The parents come to expect evil from the one child, and maturity from the other. Everyone srounding them comes to expect it. When the mature boy makes a mistake, it’s known well because he is not known for immaturity. When the immature boy does something wrong, it is ignored because everyone is used to it and have become familiar with it.
Israel is the mature one. Arabs are the Immature. Let it be known, that Israel is special to God. God see’s things for how they are, not for what people are used to seeing. What really matters is that Israel holds a special place in Gods heart, and it always has. That place is where the arabs desperatly wish to be, but lack the maturity to get there.
    That’s my take on it.

The anti-semitism against Israel is so great, and so evident, that besides the Arabs, and leaders, in other parts of the world, the media is also a big portion of it. Because if, that had been two Israeli boys, that had killed an Arab while he was praying, as you said Ryan, the media would have been all over it. And the story would have gotten prominate coverage, that would have been spread across the world. Trying to evoke even more sympathy for the Arabs. Because most of the media is good for doing that, as we saw in the war with Israel, and Hezbollah. And it is very obvious, that most of the media’s sympathy lies with the Arabs. And I pray, that God will soon show them all, the errors of their ways. And I would hope, that our country, and others, would condemn such actions of murder. And I also pray, that God will help the family of the Israeli man, to be able to cope with their loss, and their grief.

The Media seems to love siding with anything which opposes the one true God. How can they not? They are trying to push things like evolution. Promoting anything supporting God would sort of contradict what they are trying to fill peoples heads with.

    Yesterday morning as I met at the local restaurant with a couple of Pastors who go over the liturgy and lesson for the week;
I am not a pastor, but was invited to meet with them.
I decided to share a bit about a class I designed on Prohesying then I decided while I had the floor I would move right into telling them how foolish the Presbyterian Church looked in their putting down of Israel and supporting Islam. I told them God must have sent them a delusion. Their eyes popped open. “What’s she talking about?”
The Spirit must have pricked at their heart. None of them are looking to or for the coming of Jesus. I continued to tell of Israel’s plight.I was on a roll…. I spoke the story of Erez Avrahom and the media. I spoke of Palestinian employees at hospitals who have for many years sabatoged and done dastardly things at those hospitals in Israel. How the Green Line has faded.
They started groaning about the wall Israel has put up and all the checks pts. that the Palestinian ‘Christians’ have to pass through to get medical care.
I said…..Excuse me, but Hello… is anyone listening? Israel is in the middle of war. They said what about the poor Palestinians. I said the wall and check points are a must to see who is who. Like Vietnam when many Vietcong ended up being the women and children. One digruntled red-faced Pastor got up and said, I guess we’ll just have to agree to disagree.
‘My God is big enough to take care of the Palistinian Christians and I know He has a supernatural hand on it,’ because Israel is not mean/cruel/torturous toward them,
‘but everyone has turned on Israel.’ I told them it would be a judgment upon them to not stand up for Israel. They sheepishly scurried away.
Most of the world is truly ignorant of much. But those who call themselves Shepherds have no excuse. I am saying that this was proof to me that the media has indeed damaged much, but the World Council of Churches and it’s Peace Projects have taught that if you pray hard and work for Peace and realize everyone’s human rights, then it is Honorable and Right to fly to Iran as a Church group to have lunch with Ahmadinejad to tell him how sorry we are about things and that our Govt. really wants Peace. It all becomes more unbelievable everyday.
The Great Delusion is upon so many.
Read “Don’t Worry The Religious Left is making “Peace” With Iran by Mark Dooley FrontPageMagazine.com or
    www.olivetreeviews.org under current articles.
I am reminded of the scripture. “There is a way that seemeth right unto a man but in the end it leads to destruction.”

    Anne,

Thank you for sharing that with us. And thank you for taking such a stand for Israel in what must have been an uncomfortable situation for you.

It takes people like you to reach those few who still can be reached. Unfortunately, as you witnessed, few even among those who should know God’s Word are willing to listen.

Am so sorry for that poor man’s family. Israel needs a saviour who will lead them and destroy their enemies. May he come soon.

  • 16 Victor Passenheim // Mar 4, 2007 at 3:20 am

    Anne,

I second the motion. Thank you! You definitely made the Lord happy with your outspoken support of Israel and rebuking those who still remain unrepentant. I had a similar experience, although much more limited in interaction, with a former pastor. It’s very disappointing, but more than not, it’s angering to see these self righteous anti-Semites go on as if they’ve done nothing wrong.

I need to pray. I know.

regarding..religous left? nuclear weapons are against islamic law? It should be called Islamic Terror, Anarchy!!! Yeah right nuclear weapons fit right in with thier laws of murder, racism and hatred. Satan is The great deciever. Blessings on you Anne!!! By the way..
    Victor, Joyce,
My comment on previous post that I think some Christians are just ignorant…Pastors supporting Iran and chatting with amadinajad? goes beyond ignorance!!! This is not the type of person I was referring to. This is a clear case of turning from God!!!

  • 18 Joyce // Mar 4, 2007 at 10:29 pm

    Nerah,
I couldn’t agree with you more. That is unbelievable, that a Pastor would do such a thing. And I hope, that you didn’t misunderstand me on the previous post. The second part of my comment on that previous post, was supposed to have been for Victor. I just forgot to put his name.

I pray that the Lord WILL return very soon! Something I wrote to share.

The antichrist and the false prophet

I have a word I’d like to share
And this may be a controversial rhyme.
    The muslims say their ‘messiah’
Will come back with ‘jesus’ this time.
The ‘mahdi’ will be the ‘messiah’
And prophet Jesus will be second to him.
He will be the ‘mahdi’s’ leutenant
Clearing the earth of all of its sin.
    Remember-in the Book of Matthew
It says the elect might even be deceived.
The ‘false messiah’ and ‘false prophet jesus’
Will perform miracles even the elect could believe.
It’s a slap in the face to my Jesus
Who suffered to Save all the lost.
That the enemy would steal His Holy Name
    Is an unforgiveable shame.
So we read in Matthew 24
Do not listen to what they say.
Because the miracles that they will do
Only come from the pit of death and decay.
For as lightning shoots across the sky
That is how my Lord will appear.
In a second the whole world will know it.
Stay faithful and you’ll have nothing to fear.
    Beloved, it has already started.
The earth is fighting to break free.
We don’t have much time to shout it.
Salvation’s coming for you and for me.
So let’s get our whole house in order
And get rid of everything that holds us back.
Just remember when we draw close to the Lord
Be prepared for the evil attack.
Just cry out in the night to our Saviour.
He’ll put each one of us where we belong.
Remember Who it is we are fighting for.
He’s coming- and it won’t be long!

Waiting For His Appearing, Cathy- 4/14/07

I read an article where the Iranian leader actually said these things which prompted me to write this. This is not the time to be lukewarm!

Come soon Lord Jesus!! I stand with Israel!!
