Watch the ‘Palestinians’

July 19th, 2006  ·  61 Comments

There is a very important lesson regarding the “land-for-peace” process that Israel must learn from the current battle with Hizb’allah.

Hizb’allah’s raison d’etre - at least as far as the world was concerned - was Israel’s occupation of southern Lebanon. But six years ago, Israel withdrew from every square inch of Lebanon, as demanded by the international community.

And yet, Hizb’allah remains, and is causing more trouble today than ever before.

That is because Hizb’allah’s true raison d’etre, according to its own covenant and statements, is the annihilation of the Jewish state.

The same is true not only for more “radical” groups like Hamas and Islamic Jihad, but also for Fatah and the entire PLO, which were established for the “liberation of Palestine.”

It is telling to watch the reaction of the Palestinian Arabs as Hizb’allah assaults their Israeli “peace” partners. While the entire Arab world outside of Syria is criticizing Hizb’allah, the “Palestinians” are cheering on the Lebanese terrorists.

They are not, as one would expect of participants in their own land-for-peace process, urging Hizb’allah to halt its aggression now that it has achieved its initial territorial demands. No, the “Palestinians” are actually hollering for Hizb’allah to hurry up and start lobbing missiles into Tel Aviv.

The “Palestinians” are demonstrating that even if they are given 100% of Judea, Samaria and Gaza - including eastern Jerusalem - they are as likely as not to follow the lead of their Hizb’allah role models and find a reason (the very existence of Israel) to fight on.

NEVER TRUST AN ARAB, is a known fact. The Quoran states and permits that you are only required to keep a promise or protect your “guests”, as long as they are in the protection of the host in the” ten”t of of the Arab. After you leave you are fare game and the Arab is not obliged to keep his promise to extend you safe passage.

MUSLIMS ARE THE REAL CHOSEN PEOPLE ACCORDING TO JESUS :

Introduction: Jesus said to the Jews: “Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. (From the KJV Bible, Matthew 21:43)”

(According to the Apocalypse of Peter, this nation would come from the Arabs)

What other nation beside the modern Muslims of today bow down to GOD Almighty in the most proper way? What other nation beside the modern Muslims Glorify GOD Almighty in their 5-daily Prayers, and fast the Month of Ramadan for Him?

Let’s look at what GOD Almighty said about Ishmael, the father of the Muslims: “And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him. And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation. But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year. (From the KJV Bible, Genesis 17:19-21)”

The Jews were GOD Almighty’s chosen people: “We did aforetime grant to the Children of Israel the Book the Power of Command, and Prophethood; We gave them, for Sustenance, things good and pure; and We favoured them above the nations. (The Noble Quran, 45:16)”

But after they utterly failed with GOD Almighty and His Messengers (Not Moses ever liked their actions, nor Jesus ever liked them and their killings of the Prophets):

“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! (From the KJV Bible, Matthew 23:37)”

“You have heard these things; look at them all. Will you not admit them? “From now on I will tell you of new things, of hidden things unknown to you. They are created now, and not long ago; you have not heard of them before today. So you cannot say, ‘Yes, I knew of them.’ You have neither heard nor understood; from of old your ear has not been open. Well do I know how treacherous you are; you were called a rebel from birth. For my own name’s sake I delay my wrath; for the sake of my praise I hold it back from you, so as not to cut you off. (From the NIV Bible, Isaiah 48:6-9)”

“So I will disgrace the dignitaries of your temple, and I will consign Jacob to destruction and Israel to scorn. (From the NIV Bible, Isaiah 43:28)”

“But now, all you who light fires and provide yourselves with flaming torches, go, walk in the light of your fires and of the torches you have set ablaze. This is what you shall receive from my hand: You will lie down in torment. (From the NIV Bible, Isaiah 50:11)”

They became cursed, and GOD Almighty removed His Kingdom from them and gave it to another nation. That nation is non other than the “blessed” Muslims who came from the “blessed” Ishmael.

NEVER TRUST A JEW, THEY ARE TOLD IN THEIR TALMUD IT IS OKAY TO LIE TO NON-JEWS AND CHEAT THEM:

O.K. to Cheat Non-Jews, Sanhedrin 57a . A Jew need not pay a Gentile (”Cuthean”) the wages owed him for work.

Jews May Lie to Non-Jews, Baba Kamma 113a. Jews may use lies (”subterfuges”) to circumvent a Gentile.

JEWS INSULT JESUS AND BLESSED MARY:

Insults Against Blessed Mary, Sanhedrin 106a . Says Jesus’ mother was a whore: “She who was the descendant of princes and governors played the harlot with carpenters.” Also in footnote #2 to Shabbath 104b it is stated that in the “uncensored” text of the Talmud it is written that Jesus mother, “Miriam the hairdresser,” had sex with many men.

Gloats over Christ Dying Young, A passage from Sanhedrin 106 gloats over the early age at which Jesus died: “Hast thou heard how old Balaam (Jesus) was?–He replied: It is not actually stated but since it is written, Bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days it follows that he was thirty-three or thirty-four years old.”

Says Jesus was a Sorcerer, Sanhedrin 43a . Says Jesus (”Yeshu” and in footnote #6, Yeshu “the Nazarene”) was executed because he practiced sorcery.

Horrible Blasphemy of Jesus, Gittin 57a . Says Jesus ( see footnote #4) is being boiled in “hot excrement.”

Sanhedrin 43a . Jesus deserved execution: “On the eve of the Passover, Yeshu was hanged…Do you suppose that he was one for whom a defense could be made? Was he not a Mesith (enticer)?”

Attacks Christians and their Books, Rosh Hashanah 17a . Christians (”minim”) and others who reject the Talmud will go to hell and be punished there for all generations (see footnote #11 for the definition of minim).

Sanhedrin 90a.Those who read the New Testament (”uncanonical books,” see footnote #9) will have no portion in the world to come.

Shabbath 116a (p. 569). Jews must destroy the books of the Christians, i.e. the New Testament. See footnote #6.

Israel Shahak reports that the Zionists burned hundreds of New Testament books in Occupied Palestine on March 23, 1980 (cf. Jewish History, Jewish Religion, p. 21).

Salah Uddin, I am on your side now, because I read the talmud and realized how wicked the Jews really are see:

The Talmud is a sacred book of religious laws and regulations governing the life of Jews worldwide. The following excerpts shed some light on why the Jews, who are the product of such teachings, find it so hard to assimilate in their host societies:

“The Jews are called human beings, but the non-Jews are not humans. THEY ARE BEASTS.” TALMUD: Baba Mezia, 114b (page referrals)

“The Akum (non-Jew) is like a dog. Yes, the scripture says to honor the dog more than the non-Jew.” TALMUD:Ereget Raschi Erod, 22 30

“Even though God created the non-Jew they are still ANIMALS in human form. It is not becoming of a Jew to be served by an animal. Therefore he will be served by animals in human form.” TALMUD: Midrasch Talpioth, p 225, Warsaw 1855

“A pregnant non-jew is no better than a pregnant ANIMAL.” TALMUD: Coschen Hamischpat 405

“Although the non-Jew has the same body structure as the Jew, they compare with the Jew as a monkey to a human.” TALMUD: Schene luchoth haberuth, p 250b

“The souls of non-Jews come from impure spirits and are called PIGS.” TALMUD: Jalkut Rubeni gadol 12b

“If you eat with a non-Jew it is the same as eating with a dog.” TALMUD: Tosapoth, Jebamoth 94b

“If a Jew has a non-Jewish servant or maid who dies, one should not express sympathy to the Jew. You should tell the Jew: “God will replace ‘your loss’, just as if one of his animals had died.”" TALMUD: Jore Dea 377

“Sexual intercourse between Gentiles is like intercourse between animals.” TALMUD: Sanhedrin 74b

“IT IS PERMITTED TO TAKE THE BODY AND LIFE OF A GENTILE.” TALMUD: Sepher Ikkarim III c 25

“It is the law to kill anyone who denies the Torah. The Christians belong to the denying ones of the Torah.” TALMUD: Coschen Hamischpat, Hagah 425

“A heretic Gentile you may kill outright with your own hands.” TALMUD: Abodah Zara, 4b

“Every Jew who spills the blood of the godless (non-Jews), is doing the same as making a sacrifice to God.” TALMUD: Bammidber raba c 21 & jalkut 772

“Jeremiah” is deceived. Ishmael is not heir to the promises made by Adonai to Abraham.

Ezekial 37 is part of what Yeshua came to earth in human form to implement and He succeeded in His mission.

The 12 Hebrew tribes are reunited, thanks to Him. The King of the Hebrews is Yeshua the Messiah and He will rule forever. If you are not a citizen of one of the 12 Hebrew tribes, you have no part in the Kingdom of The Most High God.

There is another kingdom available but it is not very desirable, according to what I’ve read.

Maybe “Jeremiah” should change his name to Ibrahim or Abdul. I’m Hebrew and he certainly doesn’t resemble any of my kin.

  • 21 Jeremiah // Jul 19, 2006 at 10:47 pm

    hey platypussy,

    Ishmael is the true inheritor:

    IS THE SUBSTITUTION OF NAME
    “ISHMAEL” WITH “ISAAC”
WITHIN THE BIBLICAL TEXT A MATTER OF GREAT CONSEQUENTIAL SIGNIFICANCE FOR THE FOLLOWERS OF JESUS?
At the end of this long debate one may question; What difference does it really make whether prophet Abraham took Ishmael or Isaac with him for the sacrificial offering? Why should a Christian scholar argue tooth and nail to prove that 1 billion plus Muslims, who year after year honour Isma’il at the great annual feast of sacrifice called Eid al-Adha, are honouring the wrong person? Please read below the texts from the Bible and you will surprised.

Chapter 22 from the Book of Genesis begins with God's Command for Abraham to take his ONLY SON and offer him as an offering. After Abraham had gone through the ritual and passed the Test (wherein a ram was provided in place of his son), God made the following PROMISE which was to consequence ALL THE NATIONS OF THE EARTH, in the future.

(KJV) Gen. 22 : 15-18 And the angel of the Lord called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time, And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the Lord, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only {son}: That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which {is} upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies; And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.
Please read carefully what Paul writes in his Epistle to the Galatians:
(KJV) Gal. 3 : 15-22 Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though {it be} but a man’s covenant, yet {if it be} confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto. Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ. And this I say, {that} the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect. For if the inheritance {be} of the law, {it is} no more of promise: but God gave {it} to Abraham by promise. Wherefore then {serveth} the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; {and it was} ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator. Now a mediator is not {a mediator} of one, but God is one. {Is} the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
This conclusion drawn by Paul is only applied to Jesus if Isaac was the who had accompanied Abraham. As seen earlier, it was the eldest son Ishmael (the ONLY SON), that had accompanied Abraham and hence the God’s Promise rightfully applies to prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
Here is the revealed verse from the Glorious Quran that CONFIRMS this:
“We have sent thee (Muhammad) not, but as a mercy for all creatures.” 21 : 107 Translation by Abdullah Yusuf Ali.
Al-Hamdulillah (Praise Be To Allah), who has REVEALED THE TRUTH.

Israel should never ever…ever give up one particle of it’s soil! Whenever Israel forfeits land for peace they are guaranteed to have trouble, pain and suffering. They are lanlord’s of the land G-D gave them and they must not yield the land. If I were running the country I would retake Gaza and push the PA and it’s people into Egypt and Jordon their countries of origin. Now is the time for Israel to act and G-d will take care of them and keep their enemies at bay. All it takes is faith in His will and plan for the Jews and their land! G-d will not let His people down.

. . . callousness in part, on Israel has come, until the complement of the nations may be entering. And thus all Israel shall be saved, according as it is written,

Arriving out of Zion shall be the Rescuer.
He will be turning away irreverence from Jacob.
And this is My covenant with them
Whenever I should be eliminating their sins.

As to the evangel, indeed, they are enemies because of you, yet, as to choice, they are beloved because of the fathers. For unregretted are the graces and the calling of God.

God locks up all together in stubbornness, that He should be merciful to all.

  • 27 Jeremiah // Jul 20, 2006 at 9:16 am

Exactly Salah Uddin, these people have turned Jerusalem, one of the 3 holy sites God has made muharram, into a city that has become desecrated with prostitution, alcohol, homosexuality and all sorts of sin and evil. Would this ever be allowed to happen in Mecca or Medina?

Honestly, to you CHRISTIAN ZIONAZIS(DAISY and FRIENDS), you know what God did to Sodom and Gamorrah in the bible, so how can you STILL SAY THAT JEWS ARE STILL GOD’S CHOSEN PEOPLE AFTER THEY SPREAD SUCH CORRUPTION INTO JERUSALEM?

HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT SOME PEOPLE WHO ARE JUST BORN JEWS BUT ARE ATHEIST AND DON’T EVEN BELIEVE IN THE BIBLE BE HIS CHOSEN PEOPLE???????????

YOUR MENTALITY MAKES GOD LOOK LIKE A DUMBASS, ASTAGFARALLAH (MAY GOD FORGIVE ME), SO THAT WHAT EVER JEWS DO THEY ARE BLAMELESS.

YOUR MENTALITY MAKES GOD LOOK LIKE A RACIST BIGOT, ASTAGFARALLAH (MAY GOD FORGIVE ME), THAT HE LOVES PEOPLE BASED ON WHO THEY ARE BORN TO RATHER THAN BY CONTENT OF YOUR CHARACTER AND HOW PIOUS ONE IS.

IN FACT, YOU CHRISTIAN ZIONAZIS ACT JUST LIKE KU KLUX KLAN DID, IN THEIR PORTRAYAL OF A WHITE GOD AND A BLACK DEVIL. YOU BELIEVE ARABS, JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR HERITAGE, HAVE NO SOULS AND ARE EVIL, WHICH IS SIMILAR TO WHAT THE KKK AND NAZIS BELIEVE THAT BLACKS ARE EVIL JUST BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN.

    WILL YOU THEN NOT REASON?????????

  • 28 Jeremiah // Jul 20, 2006 at 9:22 am

    HEY JEFF,

ACTUALLY MOST JEWS WILL DIE AND GO TO HELL ACCORDING TO THE BOOK OF REVELATION AND ONLY ABOUT 144,000 OF THE 15 MILLION ALIVE TODAY WILL BE SAVED, SO AS A FORMER JEW I ALWAYS NEVER TRUSTED YOU AND CHRISTIAN ZIONAZIS:

REVELATION 7:4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

“An hundred and forty and four thousand”
144,000 Jews will be going to heaven; everyone else is going to hell.

7:5 Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.
7:6 Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nephthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand. What were the 12 tribes of Israel?
7:7 Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand.
7:8 Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.

INDEED YOU CHRISTIAN ZIONISTS ARE ISRAEL’S WORST ENEMY, NOT HAMAS OR HEZBOLLAH OR FATAH.

  • 29 Salah Uddin // Jul 20, 2006 at 10:29 am

Daisy my little Darling, your words can only be true if you respect the ten commandments, that start by saying:

    Thou shall not kill!

Until then jews will be considered evil, and no matter what you say, when you are not able to stand with integrity, everything willbe considered a joke!

And you are a joke Daisy are you listening to yourself speak?

  • 30 Emmie // Jul 20, 2006 at 11:01 am

Apart from the one or two comments from sane, intelligent people, who have clear spiritual eyesight regarding G-d’s eternal covenant with ISRA’EL, what an appalling waste of space to print drivel from the twisted minds of 2 lost individuals. Jesus truly said: “If you were blind, you would have no sin; but now you say, ‘We see’. Therefore your sin remains.” (John9:41) He also said: “You worship what you do not know. We know what we worship, for salvation is of the JEWS”, (my emphasis).(John 4:22)
You guys calling yourselves ‘Jeremiah’ and ‘Salah’, better get your hearts straightened out. Soon.

  • 31 Salah Uddin // Jul 20, 2006 at 11:32 am

    Emmie,

God’s people are not chosen by you, but by God himself, and jews cannot impute on themselves this task that is far above your integrity that lies in the guter.

Quote all you want, “you are the disgraced people of God and not his chosen”

    Salah the Able!

  • 32 Jeff // Jul 20, 2006 at 3:48 pm

. .. the stupid of the world God chooses, that He may be disgracing the wise, and the weak of the world God chooses, that He may be disgracing the strong, and the ignoble and the contemptible of the world God chooses, and that which is not, that He should be discarding that which is, so that no flesh at all should be boasting in God’s sight.

The word of the cross is stupidity, indeed, to those who are perishing, yet to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

Christ crucified, to Jews, indeed a scandal, yet to the nations stupidity, yet to those called, whether Jews, Arabs, Americans, Europeans, or Asians, Christ, the power of God and the wisdom of God.

  • 33 Jeremiah // Jul 20, 2006 at 5:07 pm

    Emmie,

Your are the one who is insane, saying God would have an eternal covenant with the Jews even after they turned to idolatry, atheism, homosexuality and all sorts of evil. And by the way if you want to quote scripture then Jesus even said that the God’s covenant with Jews no longer exists because as with all covenants both sides have to do their part and Jews have over and over again failed miserably to keep their promise of following the law of the torah:

Jesus said to the Jews: “Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

It was the Israelites who were freed from the clutches of Egypt, not the Arab people. And it was they who have the everlasting covenant of God. All throughout history, the Jewish people have made mistakes and God punished them. Today the Jewish people is once again allowing the land God has given them to be overcome with abominations - especially in the Holy City of Jerusalam.

If Salah and Jeremiah are without fault, let them cast the first stone and even if they cast it, they are without truth and are therefore blinded from the truth.

Pray for Salah and Jeremiah for they do not know what they are talking about. Pray that the Spirit of God will open their eyes and heart to the truth.

    Peace be with you all.

    Steven,

We are all equal in the face of God, he makes no preference for jews, christians or muslims.

But those who bring wrath, will die by it, and jews will not be sooner than you think.

I do not need bastads like you to pray for me, I have been given the faith by God and you are nothing in the face of his will and authority, nothing but a mere temporary fart!

You I sraelies and jews trhink that you are beyond correction and live in a dream of corrupt psalms that bend your common senses and would likr to endoctriante us with your rubbish.

May God have mercy on you!

    Emmie,

The convenant God will give you will come in the shape of another concentration camp like the one in Auchwitz!
That is the covenant you deserve for justifying the killing of innocent civilians.

There will be a day, i am not worried, Israel has gone one step too far.

A CONCISE REPLY TO CHRISTIANITY THIS IS WHAT MADE ME LEAVE CHRISTIANITY:

    By Dr. Gary Miller

If this booklet were written to announce my conversion to Christianity, no Christian would complain that it is too blunt. So if I must reject an aspect of Christianity in a succinct form, let me not be accused of bluntness either. A Muslim believes in the religion of Jesus but sees mainline Christianity as a religion constructed about Jesus. Our protest is against two excesses: The apotheosis of Jesus and the most frequent missionary tactic directed toward Muslims.

    Part One

Christians and Muslims who learn something of one another’s religion find that a crucial issue is the nature of Jesus. The majority of Christians deify Jesus while Muslims say that he was no more than a prophet of God, a faultless human being. The doctrine of the Trinity avows that three distinct co-equals are God. In particular, Jesus is said to be God the Son, or the Son of God. As the Muslim questions details of this theology, the Christian characteristically forms a common explanation for our differences: He complains that Muslims do not understand the Trinity; that we are actually accusing Christians of Tritheism and other heresies.

So the Muslim seeks clarification of the teaching and asks at every step: “How could that be so?” For example, we insist that the term “Son of God” cannot have a literal interpretation. Sonship and divine nature would be necessary attributes of such an actuality, but these are incompatible. The first describes a recipient of life while the second describes One who received life from no one. These are mutually exclusive requirements then. To be a son is to be less than divine, and to be divine is to be no one’s son.

As a discussion proceeds, it is the Christian who will eventually take refuge in the response: “These are things that we cannot understand.” His assessment of the Muslim’s problem becomes his own confession. The Christian explanation becomes self-defeating so there is a change of tactic.

He complains that the Muslim refuses to accept what cannot be understood. But the modified approach is a diversion. Now the concepts of verification and understanding are confused. To illustrate: Chemical reactions may be verified but the atom is not thereby understood. Facts are catalogued but not always explained. This distinction is the key to our concise reply. It is the Muslim who must redirect the discussion. Our primary issue is more basic than resolving the incongruities of Trinitarian doctrine. Rather than ask how the Trinity can be so, we should ask why it must be so. We ask, “Why must Jesus be divine? Can we verify the necessity of this belief?”

    The Muslim Position

A few centuries ago, European Philosophers commonly felt that a conjecture was proven if it could be shown to be equivalent to an assertion made by Aristotle. Unfortunately, such an approach stopped short of challenging Aristotle and discovering truth. Similarly, testing the Trinitarian case on what people have said about Jesus stops short of establishing the integrity of the authorities and the truth of the matter.

Our purpose here is no more than the illustration that belief in the Trinity can only be based on Church authority. Many Christians admit that this is the case while others insist that the teaching was elaborated by Jesus himself. “Let them produce their proof,” is the repeated admonition of the Quran, that is, “provide the documentation that Jesus himself claimed unqualified deity,” (Quran 21:24). Unless this evidence can be produced, authorities are subject to challenge. Then the Christian may not evade the Muslim’s questions concerning understanding. The Christian will have no justification for maintaining an illogical position, unless he is content to rely on the opinions of men. If he will probe no deeper than this, the Christian-Muslim dialogue is finished.

For Christians, the only documents accepted as reporting the words of Jesus are the accounts given in the Bible. We leave the Muslim attitude toward the Bible for part II of this essay and find our motivation now in the Quranic verse, “Say: ‘O People of the Book! You have no ground to stand upon unless you stand fast by the Law, the Gospel, and all the revelation that has come to you from your Lord.” (Quran 5:68). Christians are advised to support their claims by citing their books. Thus Muslims believe that no saying of Jesus can be produced which shows him grasping at equality with God. The primary issue is not whether Jesus is God. The first question is whether he said that he was equal to God.

    Methodology

The Bible record of sayings credited to Jesus is quite meager. After allowance for duplication in the four gospel accounts, these sayings could be printed in two columns of a newspaper. None of this handful of texts is an explicit claim of deity. All quotations are implicit, that is, they require interpretation. We are told what Jesus said and then told what he meant. So our methodology takes an obvious form.

It is not our intention or obligation to reinterpret the Bible. We are satisfied to merely verify that Christian interpretations are insufficient, ambiguous, or impossible. We mean to argue: 1) that where the meaning of a quotation is clear, it is still insufficient to prove that Jesus claimed equality with God; 2) that other quotations cited are open to various interpretation, ambiguous; 3) and that still other quotations have been given interpretations that are impossible. This means the evidence is either inadequate, inconclusive, or unacceptable, respectively.

    Insufficient Evidence

The virgin birth of Jesus and the miracles he demonstrated are cited by some as proof of his divinity. The insufficiency of the premise is obvious. We need only read the Biblical account of Adam’s creation, without father or mother, and the accounts of miracles associated with the prophet Elisha (Genesis and 2 Kings chapters 4,5,6). In the case of these two men, no Christian asserts their divinity, yet each has a qualification in common with Jesus.

Some maintain that Jesus was God because the Hebrew Scriptures predicted his coming. The inadequacy here is only slightly less apparent. The ancient Hebrew Scriptures are also cited as predicting the role of John the Baptist (Malachi chapter 4). These three arguments are mentioned to show that the ready claims of Christian betray a selective or forgetful recall of scripture. They know the fact of virgin birth as well as they know the account of Adam’s origins, yet they interpret the first and overlook the second.

Now to pursue our case indirectly. Does the Bible quote Jesus as claiming equality with God? Bible texts are produced to show that Jesus used the terms “son of man”, “son of God”, “Messiah”, and “savior”. But each of these terms is applied to other individuals in the Bible. Ezekiel was addressed as “son of man” (Ezekiel chapter 3). Jesus himself speaks of the peacemakers as “sons of God” (Matthew 5:9). Cyrus the Persian is called “messiah” at Isaiah 45:1. The duplicity of translators is manifested here, for they inevitably render only the meaning of the word “Messiah” which is “anointed”. Where other Bible verses seem to refer to Jesus, they prefer to transliterate “Messiah” or the Greek equivalent “Christ”. In this way they hope to give the impression that there is only one Messiah. As for “savior”, the word is applied to other than Jesus (2 Kings 13:5). Christians choose to cite the forty-third chapter of Isaiah as proof that there is only one savior. Again, translators have tried to obscure the fact that God is the only savior in the same ultimate sense that He is our only nourisher and protector, though men also have these assigned tasks. By over specifying this pronouncement in Isaiah they hope to have us believe that God equals savior and Jesus equals savior therefore Jesus equals God. The conspiracy of modern translation is easily demonstrated. The King James Bible of 1611 is everywhere available. Compare it to a more recent translation, say the New American Bible of this century. In the earlier version we find 2 Kings 13:5 contains the word “savior”, but in the newer version the synonymous word “deliverer” has been substituted. In fact, “saviours”, the plural, will be found at Obadiah 21 and Nehemiah 9:27. Here again, by substituting a different word, the connotation of divinity tied to the word “savior” has been guarded in modern versions by less than honest translation.

Once more we have exhibited the insufficient warrant of arguments offered: Those terms said to connote divinity are used of individuals other than Jesus.

There is a quotation that should be mentioned here also. At John 8:58 it is reported that Jesus said, “Before Abraham was, I am”. Even if Jesus meant to claim by these words that he was alive before Abraham was, is this sufficient ground to say that he was divine? If Jesus lived in heaven then came to earth it might mean something remarkable, but it would not be enough to establish him as God incarnate. Additionally, it should be noted that these words are open to other interpretation. Christians do not imagine that the prophet Jeremiah had a pre-human existence and so they find a suitable way of interpreting the words of Jeremiah 1:5 which portray such a situation, if taken literally, Why not apply a similar understanding in the case of John 8:58?

    Ambiguous Evidence

Some scholars have insisted that in this statement of Jesus just discussed, he appropriated for himself a divine title. In Exodus chapter 3, it is reported that God told Moses “I am what I am,” as most English Bibles translate the Hebrew text. At John 8:58 Jesus says, “before Abraham was, I am,” as most English Bibles translate the Greek text. But here is the key to another deception. The original of the first text is in Hebrew while the original of the second is in Greek. All but a few of Jesus’ words were recorded in Greek. For two hundred years before the time of Jesus the Jews used a Greek translation of their Hebrew scriptures, the Septuagint. This work translated the key phrase “I am” of Exodus as HO ON. However, the words of Jesus, “I am”, have been given to us in Greek as EGO EIMI. If the gospel writer of John 8:58 wanted to tell his Greek-speaking audience that Jesus had imitated God he would have used the familiar words of the Septuagint, otherwise the point would be lost. The evidence of John 8:58 is far from conclusive.

There is another Greek word to consider which betrays suppression or neglect of evidence. At John 10:30 Jesus is quoted as saying “I and the Father are one.” The Greek word translated “one” is HEN. Certain scholars have insisted that the only possible understanding of this word is “one in essence or nature”. One need not be a Greek scholar to refute this unjustified claim. A counter example is sufficient. The same word is used by Jesus in John 17:11,21,22,23, as he includes his disciples in this oneness, whatever its meaning.

The most widely translated sentence on earth is said to be Jesus’ statement of John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son…” While Christians wish to say that the word “only-begotten” gives Jesus special status among all the “sons of God”, again there is a problem if ambiguity. The same word translated as “only-begotten” is found at Hebrews 11:17. In this verse the word refers to Isaac. The Bible itself shows that Isaac’s older brother Ishmael outlived his father (Genesis 25:9). Therefore, at no time was Isaac, strictly speaking, the only-begotten son of Abraham. Recognizing this, Christian scholars qualify the meaning of the word in this case and give it a less than literal interpretation. But if the meaning is subject to interpretation here, why not also in the passage of John 3:16? Once more the possibility of ambiguity means that John 3:16 is inconclusive evidence.

Whether or not Jesus really used the term “Father” when speaking of God is another controversy. But here our point is again, that suck use is inconclusive evidence that God was literally Father to Jesus. All Christians use the term when addressing God. The Jews themselves used the term (John 8:41). Jesus told them that the devil was their father (John 8:44). Of course, he was not speaking literally.

Certain scholars stress the verse of Mark 14:36 where Jesus speaks the Aramaic word for Father, “Abba”. They insist that this implies a very unique relationship between Jesus and God. This displays a- schizophrenic forgetfulness. For favorite scripture passages are Romans 8:14 and Galatians 4:6 where every Christian is said to use this term of address for God.

    Impossible Evidence

An episode is recounted in the twentieth chapter of John and a certain Thomas is quoted as saving, “My Lord and my God.” In interpreting this, Christians maintain that Thomas was addressing Jesus by both of these titles. The Muslim would have no objection to the term “Lord”. As the Bible explains, the word means “master” and Sarah is said to have called her husband Abraham by this title (Peter 3:6). The suggestion that Thomas addressed Jesus as literally being God is a different matter. Jesus has already pointed out that the Hebrew scriptures themselves address men as “gods” (John 10:34; Psalms 82:6). This would allow for Thomas’ use of the term. However, Paul gave new rules in 1 Corinthians chapter 8, saying that there are many lords and gods “…yet for us there is but one God, the Father…. and one Lord, Jesus Christ…” Christians apply this verse to sort out the ambiguities of Thomas’ expression. But now we are left with an unorthodox doctrine, namely that Jesus is the Father. This ancient heresy has been branded by the Church as Patripassianism, Monarchianism, or Sabellianism. The impossibility of an orthodox interpretation of Thomas is now apparent.

The distinction between Father and Son is essential to the doctrine of the Trinity. This distinction is blurred again when John 14:9 is pressed into service. Here Jesus’ reply to a man named Philip is recorded as, “He who has seen me has seen the Father.” A strictly literal explication would mean the unacceptable doctrine that Jesus is the Father. So interpreters say that “Father” is here equivalent to “God”. However, we cannot possibly be obliged to understand that Jesus meant to say that seeing him was exactly the same as seeing God because he was God. Our reason is found in the contrariety of John 5:37. Here he told a crowd about the Father saying, “You have neither heard His voice at any time not seen his form.”

The Total Evidence Did the Jews Understand?

Surprisingly enough, it is often conceded that individual verses are insufficient, inconclusive, or even unusable in the case made for the divinity of Jesus. However, there are those who insist that while any given verse may be deficient, it is the total collection of all such verses that proves the case. This betrays a misunderstanding of the reasoning process. Each verse must prove something, or it is dispensable. Given a verse, we must demand to know exactly what it does prove, and why. Christian exegesis, the traditional explanation of scripture, has been exposed as incredible within the church itself. It has been shown to be enthymemic in the extreme. That is, premises and conclusions are not clearly stated. (Exactly what is meant by the “redemption of man” is still not clear to this date. [This article was written in 1983]) Whether we probe the roots or the outgrowth of the system, the structure becomes vague. (See for example, THE MYTH OF GOD INCARNATE, a Christian publication.)

A final argument has been offered based on the understanding of the Jews. Christians have said that our rebuttal given here is unimportant because the Jews understood Jesus to grasp at equality with God. They cite John 5:18, ‘ …because … (he) was calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God.” They pass over the verses that follow immediately, where Jesus subjected himself to God, naming those things which God gave him.

They cite the tenth chapter of John where the Jews tried to stone Jesus for blasphemy. The point of the reply Jesus made is neglected. He demonstrated to those Jews, by quoting their own scripture, that they had no grounds for their accusation.

Curiously enough, in their haste to put claims on the lips of Jesus, part of the Christian church constructs a very confused story. The Hebrew scriptures made reference to a Messiah and the Church says this can only mean an incarnate God and so when Jesus spoke of himself as Messiah he was blaspheming because no man can be God, according to Hebrew scriptures … or so the reasoning seems to flow together in confusion.

There is a legal point to be made here. If the a understood that the Messiah was to be a man who was equal to God then a man who claimed to be the Messiah could only be condemned as a false messiah. He could not be condemned on the grounds that he uttered a statement which must always be blasphemous in itself. At some future time, the true Messiah would have to speak the very same words without being condemned. When certain Jews declared Jesus’ words as blasphemy they could only have meant to condemn him as a false messiah. Any supposed connection between the word “Messiah” and the attribute of divinity has no bearing on this matter. (The fact is, the Jews have never believed that the promised Messiah would be a man who is equal to God.)

In the second chapter of Mark, Jesus tells a man, “Your sins are forgiven.” The customary interpretation takes the side of the Jews then present, who asked, “Who can forgive sins but God Alone?” But the verse at John 12:49, among others, explains very well how a man could make such a statement. In this verse Jesus denies any personal initiative. (See also John 8:40; 14:10.) The argument based on Jewish understanding makes the assumption that the Jews understood Jesus. A more viable hypothesis is simply that the enemies of Jesus misunderstood him. In fact Jesus repeatedly alludes to this (e.g. Mark 4:11, 12). It is interesting to note that today Jewish scholars find virtually no objections to anything Jesus said. (See the reference under Jesus in the UNIVERSAL JEWISH ENCYCLOPEDIA.)

    Conclusion

We have not merely used the Bible to suit ourselves. Verses have been cited without any commitment as to their veracity. It has been our intention only to show the defects in the Christian stand which says: “Jesus claimed to be equal to God.” If we decoct the mixture said to establish that stand, we find inferior ingredients, weak evidence and specious reasoning. Our position has been narrowed enough to make almost any Christian response a step toward the Muslim’s position. We have cited the most quoted and clear scriptures, so if any others are brought forward, the Christian admits the deficiency of previous arguments, and thus makes a short list even shorter … the list of quotations said to prove his case. Or, if the Christian builds a case on something other than the words attributed to Jesus, he repeats exactly what we first protested: mainline Christianity is based on what people have said about Jesus.

    Afterword

We asked, “Why must Jesus be divine?” By this we meant to ask why a Christian believes so. If the question is asked without reference to the foregoing discussion, a Christian will answer that Jesus must be divine if his death is to be sufficient atonement for the sins of mankind. In the Christian scheme of redemption, it is held that sacrificial death was necessary that men might be saved. Ask why the death of any man would be insufficient and the Christian replies that all men are imperfect. Ask why they are imperfect and we are told that this is an inheritance from our fathers. Jesus had no father. By their own scheme he would have been an unblemished sacrificial victim. Nevertheless, they still require that he be divine to suit the role of redeemer. So we ask, “Did God die?” He quickly replies, “No, only the man Jesus died.” Jesus is said to be a God-man and it was the human component that died. But now he has said that the death of a man has atoned for sin. The Infinite is required for this ritual of sacrifice but the Infinite is not actually sacrificed.

    TIME TO HIT THE GROUND

    BY: FERN SIDMAN

As the war in Israel reaches new heights on both the northern and southern fronts, it was reported that Israeli launched over 110 air strikes in Lebanon, with the latest being an attack on a Hezbollah stronghold in southern Lebanon. According to CNN, “Israeli warplanes dropped 23 tons of bombs on a bunker where Hezbollah leaders were holed up, according to the Israel Defense Forces.”

CNN also reported that, “Hezbollah said via its Al-Manar television station that none of its leaders was in the bunker at the time of the huge Israeli air strike.”

Meanwhile, two more Israeli soldiers were killed in heavy fighting as a small number of Israeli ground troops moved into southern Lebanon and two Arab children were killed as a result of a Katyusha rocket attack on the city of Nazareth. On the southern front, it was reported by Arutz Sheva that, “Some 30 armored vehicles entered a terrorist stronghold neighborhood in Gaza overnight; 17 terrorists were killed. Two soldiers were moderately wounded and a terrorist alert was issued for Petach Tikvah.”

It is clear that both Israel and the United States would like to end this conflict as soon as possible, for several reasons. Israel cannot sustain a protracted war for economic reasons and the United States would like to begin to talk about a cease fire after Hezbollah is permanently vanquished. Time is of the essence and the only way to achieve long lasting results to this latest Hezbollah provoked conflict is for the calling of a major ground offensive in Lebanon.

According to a July 17, 2006 article entitled, Israel’s Moment of Truth, by Prof. Paul Eidelberg, it states, “No war can be won merely by bombing from the air. You cannot find and destroy most of the enemy’s rocket launchers without a ground invasion. The air force should be used primarily to support ground attacks, which alone can destroy a significant number of the enemy and his rocket launchers. To destroy the enemy’s ground forces means to kill as many Hezbollah terrorists as possible. It must concentrate overwhelming force in a land invasion whose goal is to utterly disarm and destroy the enemy. A cease fire will allow Hezbollah to retain its missiles, multiply and increase their range and hold all of Israel hostage.”

Prof. Eidelberg concludes his article with these words of vision and foresight. “If the U.S. pressures Israel into a ceasefire before Hezbollah is destroyed - that betrayal will lead to America’s ultimate demise vis-à-vis Islam. No one will support the U.S. after it has betrayed Israel. Israel must destroy Hezbollah, and will require a full-scale ground invasion of Lebanon. It has rightly been said “there is no one to talk to” - meaning Hezbollah, Iran, Hamas and Syria. Israel can’t negotiate with these Arabs or Muslins because they are committed to Israel’s destruction. Therefore, Israel must amass as much power as possible—arms, fuel, food, and land - not merely to deter any attack but to conquer the enemy.”

The United States is taking pain staking measures to insure that it will not be dragged into this conflict which is why US battle ships armed with US Marines are on the coast of Beirut as they take steps to evacuate thousands of American citizens who are currently in Lebanon The United States is cognizant of the fact that it’s enemies in Syria and Iran would dearly love to see the US embroiled in this war and the US fear of having its citizens murdered or its military attacked by Hezbollah is a very real threat.

Let us be mindful that the Syrian government has repeatedly warned Israel that any attack on Syrian territory will be perceived as an act of war and that will bring upon Israel the wrath of “the entire Islamic world.”

This threat must be taken seriously as Iran has corroborated this position. Let us consider the following: In his translation of a speech to the “World Without Zionism” conference held for students in October of 2005, Nazila Fathi of The New York Times’ Tehran bureau reported Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as saying, regarding Israel, in part:

Our dear Imam (referring to Ayatollah Khomeini) said that the occupying regime (Israel) must be wiped off the map and this was a very wise statement. We cannot compromise over the issue of Palestine. Is it possible to create a new front in the heart of an old front. This would be a defeat and whoever accepts the legitimacy of this regime has in fact, signed the defeat of the Islamic world. Our dear Imam targeted the heart of the world oppressor in his struggle, meaning the occupying regime. I have no doubt that the new wave that has started in Palestine, and we witness it in the Islamic world too, will eliminate this disgraceful stain from the Islamic world. But we must be aware of tricks.

Ahmadinejad also claimed in the speech that the issue with Palestine would be over “the day that all refugees return to their homes [and] a democratic government elected by the people comes to power”, and denounced attempts to normalize relations with Israel, condemning all Muslim leaders who accept the existence of Israel as “acknowledging a surrender and defeat of the Islamic world.” The speech also indicated that the Iranian President considered Israel’s withdrawal from the Gaza Strip to be a trick, designed to gain acknowledgement from Islamic states. In a rally held two days later, Ahmadinejad declared that his words reflected the views of the Iranian people, adding that Westerners are free to comment, but their reactions are invalid.

In an interview with Iranian state television’s Arabic-language satellite channel, Al-Alam, on December 8, 2005, Ahmadinejad referred to Israel as a “tumor”, and suggested that it should be relocated to Europe.

In an article entitled, View from Haifa: The September 10th Syndrome by Steven Plaut (Jewish Press, 7/19/06) he states: “There is no diplomatic way of putting this. The kidnapping of Israeli soldiers in Gaza and along the Lebanese border is the direct result of Israel’s rewarding and appeasing terrorism over the past few decades. Long gone are the days when Israelis boasted that their government never negotiated with terrorists.
The 1976 Entebbe rescue was the greatest and, alas, the last serious use by Israel of force to deal with the kidnapping of Israelis by Arab terrorists. Since then, Israel has more often than not dealt with hostage situations by capitulating and conceding.

Such situations, of course, are never easy, both from a strategic and a moral perspective. There is a complex trade-off between the desire to free hostages at once and the need to deter and punish hostage grabbers. The understandable human – and humane – instinct to seek the immediate freeing of hostages must be weighed against actions that will put other lives in jeopardy. Decision makers face the dilemma that saving a single life today may well produce scores of deaths tomorrow.

    • In 1985, the Likud-led government of Yitzhak Shamir carried out a prisoner exchange with the “Jibril” terrorists. Israel agreed to release more than a thousand Arabs incarcerated for terrorist activities in exchange for three Israeli soldiers. Just three days after the trade, one of those released Arabs was brought into an Israeli hospital. He had accidentally blown himself up while preparing a bomb intended for Israeli shoppers. Others among the released terrorists would, in the months and years to come, participate in a number of attacks and murders.

    • On October 16, 1986, while on a mission over southern Lebanon, Israeli air force navigator Lieutenant Colonel Ron Arad and his pilot were forced by a technical problem to parachute out of their plane. The pilot was rescued by an Israeli chopper, but Arad fell captive to terrorists belonging to the Lebanese Shi’ite Amal militia. All trace of Arad was lost. Since 1986, Israel has engaged in feeble and pointless attempts at “quiet diplomacy” in order to win the release of Arad or at least learn of his fate. The efforts have produced nothing.

    • In 1992, Yitzhak Rabin launched his “peace plan” of legitimizing and recognizing the PLO and at the same time ordered the expulsion of 400 Hamas terrorists from the West Bank and Gaza to Lebanon. The expulsion had near-universal support in Israel. Shortly thereafter, however, Israel permitted almost all the expelled terrorists return to the West Bank and Gaza Strip, where they resumed their leadership roles in terror organizations. It was a yet another goodwill gesture for which Israel got nothing in exchange. Not even information on Ron Arad.

    • In 1994, in the middle of Rabin’s “peace initiative,” Palestinian terrorists kidnapped Israeli soldier Nachshon Wachsman. The kidnappers held him hostage in the West Bank village of Bir Naballah, which had long been a hotbed of terror.

On October 7, 1994, villagers violently attacked Israeli soldiers who were trying to storm the Bir Naballah home in which Wachsman was being held. The terrorists had enough time to murder Wachsman before his would-be rescuers got into the house. Israel did not bulldoze the village in retaliation, just as it has not bulldozed other West Bank villages in which soldiers and civilians have been murdered.

These days, Israeli leftists are busy assisting the residents of Bir Naballah in sabotaging the security wall Israel is constructing, because it offends the sensitivities of the Arab villagers.

    • In July 2003 the Israeli cabinet decided in a 14-9 vote to buy Ariel Sharon a Kodak moment in Washington by releasing more than 500 Palestinian prisoners, including Hamas, Islamic Jihad, and Fatah terrorists, again as a “goodwill gesture.” Few of the released terrorists took up quilting.

    • In January 2004, Israel agreed to an exchange with Hizbullah. More than 400 Arab prisoners, many accused of killing civilians, were released in return for a single Israeli civilian hostage and the bodies of the three soldiers who had been murdered in cold blood by Hizbullah.

The prisoner exchange was widely opposed in Israel, and passed the Israeli cabinet by a single vote. Afterward, Israel never avenged the three soldiers murdered by Hizbullah. A suicide bombing that killed 10 Israelis took place the very day of the prisoners’ release, but Israel went ahead with it anyway.

Two of those set free had been high-ranking Lebanese terrorists, directly involved in the kidnapping, torture, and reported “sale” of Ron Arad to Iran. Israel did not even demand information on the whereabouts of Arad in exchange, just an empty promise of some information in the future, which, needless to say, has never materialized.

At the time, the Arab media crowed in smug satisfaction at Israel’s humiliation in the prisoner release. Al-Ahram called it a “new notch in Hizbullah’s belt!” In Israel it was seen as a debacle. Even Yoel Marcus at Israel’s far-left daily Haaretz called it a “License to Kidnap.”

Any kind of talk about a cease fire at this juncture would be futile and self destructive. Now is the time to finish this war by advocating and endorsing a full scale Israeli ground offensive in Lebanon. Now is the time to remain stalwart in our demands regarding the terms that will bring an end to this conflict. We must recognize who are enemies are and we must know that their incendiary rhetoric must be taken seriously.

Let us remember the words of the Haftorah that we read this past Shabbos. Let us never forget the words of the prophet Yirmiyahu (Jeremiah 1:14) who said, “From the north shall the evil spill out upon the inhabitants of the land…” and in (Jeremiah 1:19) it states, “and they will do battle against you, but they will not prevail over you, for I am with you, so saith the Lord, to rescue you…”

Now is the time to get involved. This week’s Torah portion, Parshas Mattos-Massei tells us that, “Shall your brothers go out to do battle while you are sitting here? (Bamidbar, 32:6)

Let us take upon ourselves the following: We must pray ot the Almighty G-d of Israel for the three abducted Israeli soldiers, Gilad ben Aviva, Edud ben Malka and Eldad ben Tova, for all the soldiers in the IDF, for those Israeli civilians who have been injured in the rocket attacks and for the entire nation of Israel. We can organize and attend rallies and other pro-Israel events. We can contact our local media outlets and speak out against media bias. We gain nothing by being silent. As Jews and concerned individuals we need to have a strong spiritual response. We can add time each day for Torah study, give more tzedaka (charity) and perform more acts of chesed.

In conclusion, let us remember the warning that Hashem gives us in this week’s Torah portion, Parshas Massei, (Bamidbar 33:53-56). “You shall possess the land and you shall settle in it, for to you have I given the land to possess it. You shall give the land as an inheritance by lot to your families; to the many you shall increase its inheritance and to the few shall you decrease its inheritance; wherever its lot shall fall, his shall it be, according to the tribes of your fathers shall you inherit. But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land before you, those of them that you shall leave shall be thorns in your eyes and thistles in your sides, and they will harass you upon the land in which you dwell. And it shall be that what I meant to do to them, I shall do to you.”

May the Almighty G-d of Israel continue to bestow his infinite kindness, mercy and compassion on His people Israel and may we merit to follow His holy commandments and fear only G-d.

    Okie dokie…

Let’s look at this as though at least 80% of Islam’s followers had functioning brain stems (we are playing pretend, obviously)…

Lebanon agreed that if Israel left, they would get rid of Hezbollah. They not only didn’t get rid of them, but the milquetoast Lebanese government allowed them to strengthen to the point of actually holding governmental power. So, Israel, knowing this for the last six year, abstained from bombing the living shit out of them, because while they had reneged on the deal, they weren’t posing a threat. This is without mentioning that Hezbollah itself is a foreign force, out of Syria and funded by Iran, and in no way represents Lebanon, but rather the whole of radical Islam* and any anti-West forces hat are willing to submit a dhimmi tax. Now there is a foreign invading force actually helping run their country, and they see this weak point (well, at least they though it was a weak point) in Israel’s armor when they were attacked by Hamas in Gaza and their soldier was stolen, so what do they do? The same thing, thinking there is no possible way Israel, this tiny country, could carry on a war on multiple fronts (With state of the art American weaponry and training…dumb asses), and that Israel would take it lightly, and do nothing in response.

What you MUST remember is that Israel is a country of 5 million Jews surrounded by 190 million Muslims, or the same thing as being the only black guy living in a trailer park full of KKK members, except not only are your neighbors Klansmen, so are the police, local governing body, and with 70% of the world sympathising with the Klan, it starts to look pretty grim for the lone black family. This is Israel, and while people have been trying to exterminate them for 6,000 years, here they are, living in the enemy’s backyard, and since no one can get rid of them, they start fights, then bitch and cry when Israel fights back. You want Israel to stop bombing Lebanon? Give back their soldiers, disband and expel Hezbollah from Lebanon completely, and then apologize to the world for being pussies, and letting some Syrians take over your government. Until then, enjoy the bombs, death, and pain, because God is behind Israel, and America, as a God fearing country, is also behind Israel, and ya know damn well that if Syria or Iran gets into this, America will b on their way over to destroy not only Iran and Syria, but Islam as a whole. We know Islam and Israel cannot co-exist, and we’re backing Israel. We back the little guy who has God with them, and will not stop blowing up Arabs, Persians, and Southeast Asians if Islam stages an attack on the state of Israel, until there are no more left to blow up. You will all die, and we will turn your ‘illustrious’ sandbox into a parking lot chock full of McDonald’s and Starbucks, and your grandchildren will say ‘yo’ and watch black girls shake their asses on BET. Keep temping the West, and you’ll be saying what Japan did:

“We thought they were weakened in Europe, but alas, we have awoken a sleeping giant, and regret ever thinking about Pearl Harbor. Now half of our population is radioactive dust.”

*(Radical Islam consists of anyone who is stupid enough to listen to a cleric who has recently read that Hadiths and realized, “Holy fucking Allah the Camel, Islam isn’t a religion, it’s a goddamn death cult, designed and created to overthrow governments and grab as much land as possible in the region…because while you don’t take your religion from the Hadiths, you can see what kind of god ‘allah’ really is, and what kind of man he chose to be his prophet, which is all bullshit because allah is just the little brother of ar-rahman, and made a good reason for Mohammad the child molesting pirate to recruit people dumb enough to fight for a god that didn’t exist along prior to this point.”)

From my study of scripture, I can find no basis for the “Trinity” as imagined by most Christians today. I have also discoved there are many translation errors in most modern English Bibles. Getting as close as possible to the original Hebrew and Greek has been a worthwhile quest for me, and the best I have found can be located at

    http://www.concordant.org/

I believe Mary, Jesus’ mother was impregnated by the Spirit of God, not by another human. I believe Jesus never sinned or made a mistake, while the rest of us humans all have. I believe He died for the sins of the whole world, that He was entombed, and that His God and Father roused Him out from among the dead on the third day. He was subsequently seen by over 500 people and ascended into the heavens, promised to return in like manner.

I believe He is Israel’s KIng, promised by their prophets. I believe when He returns, Israel will receive the kingdom promised to them. Until then Israel is in a state of being cast away from God, being given a spirit of stupor, eyes that don’t see, and ears that don’t hear. But just because they have been cast away temporarily doesn’t mean God won’t take them back again and fulfill all His promises to them.

Meanwhile, God is carrying out an administration, first revealed to Paul, through which He is taking people out of the nations for a celetial calling. When He finishes this present administration, He will take up with Israel again, fullfilling His promises to them after a short time of discipline called “Jacob’s Trouble”.

Meanwhile it behooves any who have perceived the goodness and kindness of God to also be kind to Israel.

Meanwhile those who hate Israel have also been appointed to that by the One out of Whom, through Whom, and for Whom all is.

I no longer believe in eternal damnation as believed by many Christians. For those who enter the second death, salvation, vivification, and immortality await them, although they will not have the eonian life given to others during the eons, Through the death of Christ all will be reconciled to God, all celestial and terrestrial creatures.

All will be subjected to Christ. Christ will be subjected to His God and Father, and God will be All in all. Paul’s revelation in I Corinthians 15 goes beyond the unveiling in Revelation. In Revelation Christ is still reigning for the eons. In I Corinthians 15, Christ is said to be reigning until all His enemies are placed under His feet. Then He delivers up the kingdom to His God and Father, a kingdom to which there will be no end.

I believe Christ Jesus is a creature, created by His God and Father. However I believe He is God’s creative Original, in Whom and through Whom all else was created. He is the visible Image of the invisible Deity. Christ Himself said He could do nothing of Himself. And His prayer before His crucifixion was, “not My will, but Yours be done.”

In scripture all is said to be out of God, but through Christ.
The word we have translated “God” means Subjector or Disposer in Hebrew and Placer in Greek. So you see we can speak or an absolute Subjector which would be the infinite Deity or we can speak of a Subjector in a relative sense, or of many other subjectors in a relative sense which could be other men or celestial dignitaries.

Jesus says, “Not my will, but Yours be done”.

His Father said something like this through the prophet Isaiah,

I am El, and there is no other! Elohim! And no other like Me! Telling from the beginning, the hereafter, and from aforetime what has not yet been done, saying, All My counsel shall be comfirmed, and all my desire shall I do.

And what is it He wants to do?

Our Saviour God wills that all mankind be saved and come into a realization of the truth.

Now do you think He is frustrated when some of His creatures to whom He gives life, breath and everything don’t believe Him. No. Actually their unbelief is also out of Him, through Him, and for Him, for a good purpose, the purpose of the eons which He makes in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Why do you suppose your electrons stay in orbit? Where do your thoughts come from?

Many are afraid to attribute evil to God, but He clearly said through the Hebrew prophets that He creates evil and gives the experience of evil to the sons of humanity to humble us.

Looking at the news, all is going as planned.

    TO IAN, THE GOAT FUCKER,

Anti-muslim Christians talk about HOW ISLAM ONLY TEACHES PEOPLE TO KILL WHEN IF YOU LOOK AT THEIR BIBLE:

1- Suckling infants were executed by the tens of thousands:

    1 Samuel 15:2-4
2 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I remember that which Amalek did to Israel, how he laid wait for him in the way, when he came up from Egypt.
3 Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.
4 And Saul gathered the people together, and numbered them in Telaim, two hundred thousand footmen, and ten thousand men of Judah.

Many times when I enter a debate with fellow Christians and present verses from the Old Testament to them about some of life’s laws and issues that were given to the Jews from GOD Almighty, they immediately give me answers such as “Oh, this is an old testament law that we Christians don’t have to follow….” I find that to be quite an interesting statement.

Jesus orders Christians to follow the Old Testament’s laws: “Do not think that I [Jesus] have come to abolish the Law (the Old Testament) or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke or a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law (the Old Testament) until everything is accomplished. (Matthew 5:17-18)” It is quite clear from these verses from the New Testament that Jesus peace be upon him did honor the Old Testament and did say that every single “letter” of it has to be honored, followed and fulfilled.

A praise for dashing little children against rocks as a form of revenge:

    Psalm 137:8-9
8 O daughter of Babylon, O destroyed one, O the happiness of him who repayeth to thee thy deed, That thou hast done to us.
9 O the happiness of him who doth seize, And hath dashed thy sucklings on the rock!

I find it to be absolutely ridiculous that the bible feeds us all kinds of lies and contradictions about “love your enemy”, and yet, we see mass slaughter of suckling infants and innocent boys, girls, unarmed men, women (old and young), and innocent domestic farm animals by the tens of thousands! It is clear that the inconsistent man-altered, man-corrupted and morally corrupt bible is nothing but a false book, and can not be a Divine and Perfect Holy Book!

MORE GENOCIDE AND MASSACRES IN THE BIBLE:

“The LORD said to Moses, ‘Take vengeance on the Midianites for the Israelites…. The Israelites captured the Midianite women and children and took all the Midianite herds, flocks and goods as plunder. They burned all the towns where the Midianites had settled, as well as all their camps…. (Moses ordered) “Now kill all the boys. And kill every women who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man.” Numbers 31: 1-18

    Deuteronomy 20:13-20
13 And when the LORD thy God hath delivered it into thine hands, thou shalt smite every male thereof with the edge of the sword (even the unarmed ones):
14 But the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, even all the spoil thereof, shalt thou take unto thyself; and thou shalt eat the spoil of thine enemies, which the LORD thy God hath given thee.
15 Thus shalt thou do unto all the cities which are very far off from thee, which are not of the cities of these nations.
16 But of the cities of these people, which the LORD thy God doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth:
17 But thou shalt utterly destroy them; namely, the Hittites, and the Amorites, the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; as the LORD thy God hath commanded thee:
18 That they teach you not to do after all their abominations, which they have done unto their gods; so should ye sin against the LORD your God.
19 When thou shalt besiege a city a long time, in making war against it to take it, thou shalt not destroy the trees thereof by forcing an axe against them: for thou mayest eat of them, and thou shalt not cut them down (for the tree of the field is man’s life) to employ them in the siege:
20 Only the trees which thou knowest that they be not trees for meat, thou shalt destroy and cut them down; and thou shalt build bulwarks against the city that maketh war with thee, until it be subdued.

In the following verses we see the following:

1- All men, including the unarmed ones, were to be executed (Deuteronomy 20:13).

2- All women and children were to be taken as spoils of war (Deuteronomy 20:14).

3- For the others, kill and destroy every creature that is breathing - that is all men, women, children and animals (Deuteronomy 20:16-17).

    :

“All who would not seek the LORD, the God of Israel, were to be put to death, whether small or great, man or woman. (From the NIV Bible, 2 Chronicles 15:13)”

AGAIN, GOD DIDN’T PROMISE IT TO JUST ISSAC:

Chapter 22 from the Book of Genesis begins with God’s Command for Abraham to take his ONLY SON and offer him as an offering.

    Jeremiah,

The 144,000 from the tribes of Israel may not be going to heaven much. They may be too busy ruling the nations with a club of iron.

All Israel will be saved, all that are truly Israel, that is. For not all those out of Israel are Israel. God reckons the children of the promise as the seed, not the children of the flesh.

God chose Jacob over Esau before they were born, irrespective of their good or bad actions. His choices are for the fullilling of HIs own purpose, not because of anything the boys did.

The believers in Christ were chosen to be so before the eons, for God’s own purpose, not because of anything we’ve done, including believing. If you are able to reject Christ, it just means you aren’t chosen to be in Him at this time. Those of us who find ourselves in Him have no choice in the matter, even though some think they do.

What about those not chosen? Does God consign them to eternal damnation? Many demons would have us believe so.

No, God doesn’t really need that kind of entertainment.

No, He chooses some for this role, and some for that role. He knows what He’s doing. HIs judgments are all righteous and true for the good of all.

We learn a lot by contrast. Dark teaches us what light is about. Pain helps us appreciate pleasure. Alienation from God and His love create capacity for appreciating Him when He turns the lights on in HIs own time and way.

Some pots are made for a temporary display of indigmation. Others are for a display of mercy. And He is the Merciful.

(Tell that to Michael, huh?) Well Michael, don’t put too much stock in flesh and blood. That market is bankrupt.

The Placer Who makes the world and all in it, He, the Master inherent of heaven and earth, is not dwelling in temples made by hands, neither is He being attended by human hands, as if requiring anything, since He Himself gives to all life and breath and all. Besides He makes out of one man every nation of mankind, to be dwelling on all the surface of the earth, specifying the setting of the seasons and the bounds of their dwelling, for them to be seeking the Placer, if consequently, they may surely grope for Him and may be finding Him, though to be sure, not far from each one of us is He inherent, for in Him we are living and moving and are.

  • 46 Michael // Jul 21, 2006 at 4:56 am

    JEFF

I want to personally ask you how you can believe in a religion that based on the absurd belief in the Trinity.

Christ, according to the faith, is the second person in the Trinity, the Father being the first and the Holy Ghost third. Each of these persons is God. Christ is his own father and his own son. The Holy Ghost is neither father nor son, but both. The son was begotten by the father, but existed before he was begotten–just the same before as after. Christ is just as old as his father, and the father is just as young as his son. The Holy Ghost proceeded from the Father and Son, but was equal to the Father and Son before he proceeded, that is to say, before he existed, but he is of the same age as the other two. So it is declared that the Father is God, and the Son and the Holy Ghost is God, and these three Gods make one God. According to the imaginary multiplication table, once one is three, and three times one is one, and according to heavenly subtraction if we take two from three, three are left. The addition is equally peculiar: if we add two to one we have but one. Each one equal to himself and to the other two. Nothing ever was, nothing ever can be more perfectly absurd than the dogma of the Trinity. Why do you set your salvation based on something so doubtful? Again, 1+1+1=3 not 1 and again salvation is not based on your wishful thinking. I also want ask you why you can’t just stop at the statement God is one in essence?why do you have to go beyond this? : If you go to any dictionary, and look up the word monotheism you will never find the definition the belief in one God but three in person? I mean come on. When will you finally understand this? That in itself is a contradictory statement no matter how much you try to play around with logic.

Furthermore, there is no such thing as a plurality of persons in the Godhead. We introduce a plurality when we use the word ‘persons’. Anyone who pictures 3 different persons in their minds and then say with their mouths that they are really one cannot help but be confused. They say one thing but are actually thinking another. Anyone with such an understanding of the Godhead are polytheistic in their thinking regardless that they may say that God is one in order to align their verbal confession with the Bible. It is important to begin the Shema with a declaration of the Oneness of God because it is only possible to give the love of all our heart, soul, mind and strength to One. It is not humanly possible to do so for 3 or more. This only leads to confusion. Our God is not the author of confusion. He never changes(Malachi 3:6) . He is still One now as He was One then.

Why Islam is the true religion of God:
There is unity in nature(i.e. the United States of America) it is by nature that people incline towards unity that is why when a particular people are united they become more powerful. Imagine the United States being divided into three nations and called the Trinitarian States of America, do you really believe that our country would be as strong as it is now. Imagine our resources being divided into three parts, our military into three parts and our population into three parts, even if we say that we are coalition of 3 nations it will still not be the same as one country united and indivisible. That’s why in the Koran it asks Christians: God has not chosen any son, an there is not any other god besides Him-otherwise each god would certainly have taken over what it had created, and some would have exalted themselves over others. Glory be to God above what they assert- the Knower of the Unseen and the Seen, may He be exalted far above the partners they associate with Him!(Chapter 23 The Believers Verse 91-92) Another verse in Koran asks you to reason: God puts forth a Parable a man belonging to many partners at variance with each other, and a man belonging entirely to one master: are those two equal in comparison? Praise be to God. But most of them refuse to reason.(Chapter 39 The Groups Verse 29). So the difference between the creed of Polytheism(Trinity) and the Gospel of Unity Is explained by the analogy of two men. One belongs to many masters; the masters disagree among themselves, and the poor man of many masters has to suffer from the quarrel of his many masters; it is an impossible and unnatural position. The other serves only one Master(God), his Master is good, and does all He can for His servant; the servant can concentrate his attention on his service; he is happy himself and his service is efficiently performed. Can there be any doubt as to (1) which of them is the happier, and (2) which of them is in a more natural position? No man can serve two, still less numerous than three, masters.

    TO CARY

IF YR SO CALLED BIBLE IS SO HOLY WHY DOES IT ALLOW SEX WITH 3 YR. OLD, GENOCIDE, RAPE, ETC. ETC.:

1- Suckling infants were executed by the tens of thousands:

    1 Samuel 15:2-4
2 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, I remember that which Amalek did to Israel, how he laid wait for him in the way, when he came up from Egypt.
3 Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

8 O daughter of Babylon, O destroyed one, O the happiness of him who repayeth to thee thy deed, That thou hast done to us.
9 O the happiness of him who doth seize, And hath dashed thy sucklings on the rock!

Numbers 31:17-18 “Now kill all the boys [innocent kids]. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man.”

In the Torah (In the Book of Numbers in the Bible), after the conquest of Midian and Moab, and the great venereal plague, Moses (peace be on him) ordered that all the women “who have known a man” be killed but that “all the young girls, who have not known a man by lying with him” be kept alive for the Israelites.

Since the only females left fit for marriage and wholesome relations were prepubescent virgins, a Jewish law concerning child marriage was enacted. That law is found in the Babylonian Talmud:

“Rabbi Joseph said, ‘Come and hear. A maiden aged 3 years and a day may be acquired in marriage by coition.’

Mishnah: A girl of the age of 3 years and a day may be betrothed, subject to her father’s approval, by sexual intercourse.

Sanhedrin 55b . A Jew may marry a three year old girl (specifically, three years “and a day” old).

    Michael,
You can not read something that people spend an entire lifetime studying, take it at face value without accurate translation, take it out of context, and expect to make a valid point. For example, I will refute one of your ridiculous comments for the time being. May I point out that some of your quotes simply do not exist, do you own a Talmud or did you find these on nukeisrael.com?

    CLAIM (21)
O.K. to Cheat Non-Jews Sanhedrin 57a . A Jew need not pay a Gentile (”Cuthean”) the wages owed him for work.

    RESPONSE (1)
A Jew must certainly pay a Cuthean the wages owed him for work. But because not paying is not the same as stealing, it is not actionable in a Jewish court. That is what is written in Sanhedrin 57a. Worlds apart from sanctioning robbery (and besides, one would expect the non-Jew to be able to make a claim in a non-Jewish court.)
    Avraham Hampel

    RESPONSE (2)
When I searched for the word “withholding” in the Talmud, I found that the only other mention of withholding wages was in Baba Metzia 111b. In Baba Metzia 111b, it specifically applies to Amalekites — a nation we are supposedly perpetually at war with. (In the real world, we haven’t been able to identify any Amalekites in centuries.)

    RESPONSE (3)
It is certainly not “OK to cheat non-Jews”. In the Tosefta Baba Kama (10:8) we are taught: “It is more grievous to steal from a non-Jew than from a Jew because of the desecration of G-d’s name”.

In Sanhedrin 57a the Talmud discusses the Noahide laws which are binding on all non-Jews. It specifically examines the source of the prohibition against holding back wages. Such practice is forbidden to everyone - both Jew and non-Jew - but the biblical source of this prohibition is different for Jews and non-Jews.

Jews are prohibited from holding back wages by specific verses in the bible (Lev. 19:13; Deut. 24:14) which impose this prohibition only on Jews. These verses specifically prohibit Jews from holding back wages from anyone, whether Jew or non-Jew (Rambam, positive commandment #200).

For non-Jews the biblical source for this prohibition is the verse generally prohibiting non-Jews from stealing.

In this passage the Talmud examines the prohibition of withholding wages with reference only to the scriptural passage prohibiting non-Jews from such behavior. The proper translation of the passage is this:

“holding back wages - a Cuthean [who does this] to a Cuthean - prohibited [by the verse prohibiting non-Jews from stealing]; a Jew to a Cuthean - permitted [by this verse, but prohibited by other verses which specifically prohibit a Jew from holding back wages].

It may be noted that there are other situations where Jews are forbidden to do something by one verse and Gentiles are forbidden the same action by a different verse.

    Shalom to all of you
And may the ONLY TRUE GOD bless us all be it Jew Gentile or Moslem.
Something should be understood that the Talmud has nothing to do with the Tanak.
Not like the Qu’ran and the Hadith, which is, suppose to be the word or both god and muhammad.
And something else I have noticed that whenever moslems are posting anything the language is always foul why is this doesn’t your book teach you respect of non-moslems or is it only for your fellow moslem you’re suppose to show respect?
And the GOD’s promises are with Yitzhak not Ishmael Ishmael is in no way sharp or form blessed neither is Islam.
In fact both is an abomination to THE LIVING GOD THE HOLY ONE OF YISRAEL, and one fine day we shall all se HIM eye to eye and then you moslems can tell HIM why you have been busy killing HIS people the Jews and the Christians alike

And yes JESUS said that the KINGDOM of GOD would be taken from the chief priests and the Pharisees, but what about the common people?

43″Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit.
44He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but he on whom it falls will be crushed.”[j]
45When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard Jesus’ parables, they knew he was talking about them.

And do you honestly think that you’re producing the fruit of GODS KINGDOM if this is the case I would rather end up in hell than even set foot in your brothel in the sky with your 72 virgins both girls and boys mind you, that is so there would something for everybody’s taste.
And GOD has not forgotten HIS people noway HE has a Perpetual covenant with the house of Yisrael and do you know what a perpetual covenant is?
If not I will tell you it is a covenant forever and ever so no go figure my friends and jew hater and also Christian hater because one day GOD will utterly crush islam to smithereens totally not a trace left and we will sing OH HAPPY DAY, and the moslems left will sing oh unhappy day so good riddance to you islam
Shalom and love b’Shem YESHUA (JESUS in hebrew)

And something else I find it real strange that you the moslems use the Bible to prove something at all and then at the same time telling us that the bible is corrupt which is it corrupt or valid? You can’t have it both ways if it is corrupt then don’t use it as evidence because just how do you know that what your quoting is actually the truth?
    Shalom and love b’Shem YESHUA

Peace be upon all (no matter your color, background, religion or position in society):

    chanah
I just want to comment that the Muslims use quotes from the Bible for the purpose of using the argumentor’s own ‘weapons’ (so to say) against them. Which I find effective, considering the fact that either Michael or Jeremiah stated that IF so and so was correct, then there is contradiction… So I give the brothers credit for their effort.

As for manners…I’m not being polite because Chanah (to whom I give respect for mentioning) introduced it, but because it is one of the foundations of Islamic teachings. Brothers, never forget Husnul Khuluq which comes close to meaning the best of manners. Pain and anger blur one’s judgement to think and speak logically, leaving what you have to easily be dismissed. Approach things with the best of manners. I’m not going to give a lecture but I just want to give awareness to guide your efforts, you have an obligation for respecting of others no matter where they’re coming from and if it’s difficult remember to be self respectful. (Fathakkir, inna al thikra tanfa’ul mu’mineen ~ And remind, for there is benefit of intellect for those who believe).

I just want to say to all, some of you seem well read (something I’m working on personally) but a couple of things I can offer are the following:
-No matter what you read from the ‘other’ position, you’ll always come accross the barrier of dismissing it as someone else’s interpretation of what actually happened. The same goes for your own position and how others may view it.
    - Judge a religion by it’s teachings and logic and not it’s rotten apples (for all peoples have their spoilage) and what they may have for logic.
    - If your knowledge about some people (particularly Muslims) is what the media (undeniably influenced by propaganda) has presented, or from what some person (undeniably influenced by a certain agenda full of bias) then you need to do more research. Try to do your research with an unbiased eye, it’s really difficult and took me years to develop.

Ignorance has it’s scholars. It’s unfortuate that people will learn from scholars of ignorance who craft in deceit, so well that they’ve convinced themselves. Things they were taught, things they will eventually teach upon the position they lie.

Listen to your heart and think with your mind. I wish you all the best, thank you to everyone for an informative hour’s read. May the Lord lead all to the path of rightousness upon which you find the true guidance and satisfaction with life.

Al Salamu Alaikum ~ Peace be Upon You
