Displaying a hateful disregard for Israeli life, the United Nations Tuesday completely ignored the mounting humanitarian crisis in northern Israel and instead whined about Lebanese civilians displaced by a war started by their Hizb’allah brethren.
While the UN claims some 500,000 Lebanese have been forced to flee their homes by Israel’s response to Hizb’allah aggression, some two million Israelis have either fled or are living in bomb shelters as a result of incessant terrorist missile fire.
But acknowledging that fact would rob the UN of engaging in its favorite pastime - Israel-bashing.
And check out this statement by UN Emergency Relief Coordinator Jan Egeland from Beirut:
“We hear and see a population which feels trapped as they are subject to indiscriminate attacks.”
“Indiscriminate attacks”???
What about Hizb’allah’s relentless bombardment of northern Israel population centers with unguided weaponry? Isn’t that “indiscriminate”?
As usual, the UN is trying to blur the lines and create moral equivalency between Israel its enemies.
The fact is that Israel is very carefully picking its targets in an effort to minimize the loss of civilian life. Even when launching a simple retaliatory strike, an IDF artillery officer explained to Fox News Monday that Israel’s sophisticated equipment is able to pinpoint the origin of Hizb’allah rocket fire and return fire precisely on that location.
If that location happens to be a residential home, apartment building or school, that is not Israel’s fault. That Hizb’allah has illegally chosen to situate its forces and strategic positions among the civilian population does not, under international law, restrict Israel from striking its enemy. The blood of any innocents killed is on Hizb’allah alone.
This conflict is doing much to show UN anti-Israel bias for what it really is. Behold the new face of anti-Semitism.

I am crying do you have a handkerchief, no really I am sad so sad!
Israel has a humanitarian problem? Why from taking in all the jewish refugees in and expecting the rest of the world to pay for them?

ISRAEL HAS BEEN FAR TOO PATIENT, FAR TOO LONG.
THEY ARE DOING WHAT ANY OTHER COUNTRY WOULD HAVE DONE IN THE SAME CIRCUMSTANCES. ISRAEL WILL EVENTUALLY FIND THE PEACE THEY DESERVE AFTER MUCH WAR. HOPEFULLY WITH-IN A SHORT TIME MESSIAH WILL COME AND HELP THEM DEFEAT THEIR ENEMIES.

Time will tell and we will see, only G-d knows the future for sure.

I’m with you on that, Leesha.
And I’m convinced, not only does He know the future, He will be operating the future with infinite precision and wisdom. Israel, Iran, Syria, and the world will do exactly what He determines, nothing more and nothing less. Even the infamous UN will do their part right along with that fly that just buzzed by my head and that dead toad I saw in the road the other day.

You need to read the Holy Bible to be able to know and understand what Leesha is talking about. The Jews return to Israel is part of the fulfilling the prophesies of the End times.
My prayers are that God will open up your spiritual eyes so that you can understand and know what is really going on.
God bless you, and I am praying for your soul.

Magde,
Very kind of you to offer, but I have already done that, and in my faith, I need no one to pray for me, particularly in the condecsending way you address my comments.
Your faith, my faith are really not different, but it is when you begin with the Hauteur pill that you have popped that I beg to differ; and this further confirms the problem of israel in the region: Its people, and you are a purfect example.
So magde, next time you go by the shop, ( provided you can leave the bunker these days) when you spend a shekel think of who is paying for the bread, you or the world jewish charity funds without which you would not be alive.
Take a minute to pray on those shown in this link, perticularly the younger ones, who thanks to you are living a life completely different from yours or mine.

no really, very impressionable display you got there,
you give us photos of injured men, here’s our answer:
“we can forgive the arabs for killing our children. We cannot forgive them for forcing us to kill their children.”
“We will have peace with the arabs when they love their children more than they hate us.”
salah uddini, why wont you reflect on these two quotes…
you may find your answer
