Kadima gaining clarity

June 18th, 2006  ·  13 Comments

Senior members of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s Kadima Party seem to waking up to the realities surrounding Olmert’s intended withdrawal from Judea and Samaria, namely that a realignment along the lines of major settlement blocs and an effort to set permanent borders - as Olmert promised in his election campaign - is not going to meet with world approval.

“If you think it is possible to implement a unilateral realignment plan, and realign along the three large settlement blocks - forget it. It isimpossible. There is no support for this in the world. I am not surethe plan will gain majority support within Kadima,” one Kadima minister told Ynet.

With this being the case, others are starting to realize that Olmert’s plan is of absolutely no strategic value to Israel.

“Withdrawing unilaterally and failing to gain approval for the final border, undermines the entire process. What do we gain from withdrawing from the territories, if we fail to establish a permanent border?” the minister asked.

As Likud leader Binyamin Netanyahu has been warning since the beginning, the only thing Israel stands to gain from such a withdrawal is increased Arab hostility fed by the perception of victory over the Jewish state.

The leaders of Israel are responsible, sensible individuals, thinking of the people and peace. It is this blog site that is irresponsible and biased and deleted 2 of my comments.

boa, this is my personal website, and I will reserve the right to delete the comments of anyone who refers to Israel as a “pagan state” and spouts the same old tired assertion that the Jewish state is not the “true Israel.”

    Deal with it.

[POST REMOVED - I HAVE MADE IT QUITE CLEAR THAT DEFAMING OR SLANDERING THE PEOPLE OF ISRAEL - PURE ANITSEMITISM IN MY BOOK - WILL NOT BE PERMITTED HERE.]

    boa,

If you have an issue you would like to discuss with me, you can contact me via the contact form.

But I will not permit what I view to be blatant Antisemitic remarks on these pages, even if they are dressed in the more “moderate” attire of Replacement Theology.

    Quote from Ryan:
[POST REMOVED - REPLACEMENT THEOLOGY WILL NOT BE TOLERATED HERE.]

Those are words “REPLACEMENT THEOLOGY” are so easy to say form someone who knows nothing of what the NT teaches. Personally, if there is is any replacement theologist here it is you Mr. Ryan. You dare to give to a people, who have been cast off, a spiritual birthright which belongs only to the true Israel, the remnant made up of the faithful. I dare you to find in the New Covenant that this is not so. You won’t be able to do so. What you will be able to do is delete this message and you are very good at doing that. Lean not on your own understanding, Mr. Ryan. The world must be able to make a choice, but if you do not present the choice to a lost world, yes even Jews, then you have side stepped your job. Have you ever considered that you may be in Israel for the purpose of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ? If they do not accept your message does this take anything away from you? Of course the answer is no. So why do you not set out to tell everyone you see the Jesus Christ is Lord? No, instead you sit and read headlines and wring your hands over what you are afraid will happen. I tell you the truth, the news is not in the headlines but is in Jesus Christ alone.

Ya know Mr. “shutup Terry”? I don’t give a rats behind if you believe inspired Scripture or not. That will be your eternal loss. But the words of Christ are there fore you to read as well:

    Matthew 21:
33 “Hear another parable: There was a certain landowner who planted a vineyard and set a hedge around it, dug a winepress in it and built a tower. And he leased it to vinedressers and went into a far country. 34 Now when vintage-time drew near, he sent his servants to the vinedressers, that they might receive its fruit. 35 And the vinedressers took his servants, beat one, killed one, and stoned another. 36 Again he sent other servants, more than the first, and they did likewise to them. 37 Then last of all he sent his son to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’ 38 But when the vinedressers saw the son, they said among themselves, ‘This is the heir. Come, let us kill him and seize his inheritance.’ 39 So they took him and cast him out of the vineyard and killed him.
40 “Therefore, when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those vinedressers?”
41 They said to Him, “He will destroy those wicked men miserably, and lease his vineyard to other vinedressers who will render to him the fruits in their seasons.”
42 Jesus said to them (Terry), “Have you never read in the Scriptures:
‘ The stone which the builders rejected
    Has become the chief cornerstone.
    This was the LORD’s doing,
And it is marvelous in our eyes’?[j]

43 “Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it. 44 And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.”
45 Now when the chief priests and Pharisees heard His parables, they perceived that He was speaking of them. 46 But when they sought to lay hands on Him, they feared the multitudes, because they took Him for a prophet.

Hmmm Mr. “shutup Terry” Who in the world is this “other nation” and who are the “other vinedressers”?

    So “shutup Terry”

that idiot olmert’s stupid plans have failed as ever. the 3000 M16 guns and 3,000,000 rounds given to the plo and arabs have already been used to kill jews and children. babies have been shot in the head by arab snipers and their heads and bodies ripped open in the ritual muslim slaughter

Per God’s word that we call the Bible ,all will fail to bring peace but one. The Muslims call him (Dajjal) and he is of the Jewish decent as the Bible also Indicates. Yes GOD has covered all aspects of his plan. Read the Bible and sit back and its literal fulfillment . We are mere observers.
    GOD be with you Israel
