Peres gets it!

April 5th, 2006  ·  7 Comments

Shimon Peres has finally gained some clarity regarding Israel’s “peace” process with the Palestinian Arabs.

“Israel is proposing to the Palestinians peace according to the road map. I don’t believe Hamas will change and accept Israel’s conditions for talks.” The reason?

“Hamas is an extremist religious movement. Under the demands it is being asked, it should become a secular political party, and I doubt it will implement the demands.”

Here that world? You are demanding Hamas transform from from an extremist religious movement into a secular political party - that it renounce its very core beliefs and adopt yours instead. Just not gonna happen.

Peres’ remarks also indicate recognition that Hamas’ belligerent policies are rooted in its Islamic faith.

Shame Peres didn’t display this level of clarity when trying to transform Yasser Arafat from a dedicated and blood-soaked killer into a diplomat and peace partner.

The main difference is that Arafat spoke with “forked tongue.” And Hamas says it straight: they want to eliminate Israel. No ifs, ands or buts!

Though Hamas does seem to be learning to “balance” their statements.

Unlike Arafat, they are not outright lying in English. But they are purposely leaving out the more hostile elements of their goals and using extremely vague “peace” terminology for Western consumption.

Israel is like America, they don’t want God to rule (man thinks he is smarter than God), so God lets the ‘wise guys’ try to ‘think down’ a group of people who only care about taking over the world, AT ANY COST. Like Mr. Perez said, they won’t change for any thing.
BUT, soon Bible prophecy about the end times will take place, no matter how smart men think they are. If God said it will happen, you better get a hold of Jesus and stay with Him.

Yes, but that will not result in Peres, and others, from voting against another unilateral West Bank “disengagement.”

My theory is that the leftist elite and left wing secular Zionism has decided
that their form of Zionism has failed. There goal was to replace Orthodoxy with a new “religion” called Israeli. They failed! Instead there has been a revival of traditional beliefs.

Therefore, they now want a non-sectarian State for ALL people, even if it means the end of Israel, a Jewish State. Better another Arab country with Jews being a minority then a Jews State supportive of her Biblical values.

This is why Hamas is so problematic. People like Peres are now scared. Creating
a predominantly Arab State with a secular leaning group was possible with the
PLO/PA, but not with Hamas. Hoping for another South Africa type metamorphsis,
from Whites only rule to equal rule for all, is impossible with Hamas.

Yet, even still these people seem to hate the settlers and relgious Jews so much
that they prefer self-suicide. So while Peres sees the light that doesn’t mean we will see much change in his voting habits.

As someone once wrote the Satanic Left wants to control (via appeasement, always demanding more) while the Stupid Left wants to make “good” (by never endingly feeding the idol of appeasement).

Shimon Peres like the other free thinkers finally had a thought that didn’t die of lonliness in the void between his ears.

I have a prayer request to ask of you guys.

I’m in the process of writing a book which
deals with the political climate in the US,
the land for peace deal, the war in Iraq,
the strong possibility of war with Iran
and where this will lead us.

There’s the possibility that I could receive
financial assistance which I desperately need.

Sometime within the next three or four weeks,
I’ll have a meeting with a Professor of one of our local Universities whose opinion is
being sought to determine if the subject matter would be appealing to a publisher.

This book will be written as fiction while
the majority will be anything but fiction.
It’s just much easier to write like this
and easier for some to read than it would
be if I were to write it as factual data due
to the conclusion that I shall draw.

I would like for you to pray about this for
me and ask that the L-rd’s Will be done. I
believe with my whole heart that the L-rd
desires that I write this book which shall
be founded upon history, current events and
the Word of G-d. I do need to be looked upon
    favorably by the Prof.

Thanking those of you who are willing to pray about this project in advance.

    Skiffy
